Best food I’ve had in a long time, across the board. Could’ve made a meal of the churro donuts with caramel drizzle alone. The brisket tacos had tastier BBQ than most of the BBQ places I’ve eaten at the last couple of years. My wife had fried chicken on a biscuit with an egg and hot honey, and the fried chicken had the flakiest crust she’s ever had. Even the coffee was better than most restaurant coffee I’ve had in memory. Whoever’s doing the ordering and hiring for at least that location, don’t change anything. We were just looking for a place before driving back home north of Dallas, but we’d almost make the two-hour drive just to try the rest of the menu.

I was blown away by this place. We beat the rush so we had a short wait. I didn’t have any coffee but I did like the mugs. I did have the Alaskan Arnold. Two patties of salmon, with a poached egg, on an English Muffin. It was savory, it was filling, but not heavy. It came with a side of Hasbrown Casserole. With the aid of a little salt and pepper, it was also fantastic. Our server was Sabrina, she did an excellent job!!

First time in Waco TX, visited this location and it was a great experience. Sierra was awesome, she offered superb service from my “welcome”, to send off.
Great knowledge of food options, suggestions and worked her tables effortlessly with a foot brace on.

The waiting time was not bad for Sunday noon. The waiting for our food took longer than in other places but all plates were hot, looked appetitive and tasted great. We were not asked for a coffee refill so that was one minus. Plates are huge and food is plenty for 1 person so boxes are most probably possible. We ordered Alaskan Arnold which was unexpectedly tasty, Brisket scramble and Egg Burrito and all were pretty good. Great new discovery for our family!

Favorite place to eat in Waco. Just wish they were open later so we could eat there more often! My favorite is the Avacado Toast so delicious and filling. They are not shy with flavor and serving size. Fresh ingredients always. LOVE the Lemon Zatar dressing with dark green vegetables so great. I always add a side of Turkey sausage, wish I knew where to get thos exact kind because we love it so much, nothing else compares. My husband gets a few different dishes but his favorite is the West Coast Arnold. He sometimes substitutes on sour dough but likes it either way. We have discovered their Churro Donuts omg so so good. We get just 2. They also come in 4 if you like. Always fresh, warm, and caramel sauce is perfect. Service is great and always clean. You can check in online because they do get busy.

Toasted Yolk is an absolute breakfast win.

Everything about this place hits the mark. The omelet was huge, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavor—plenty of cheese, fresh ingredients, and cooked just right. The hash brown casserole was crispy on top, creamy inside, and downright addictive. And that biscuit? Fluffy, buttery, and exactly what a breakfast biscuit should be.

Portion sizes are generous, the food comes out hot and fresh, and the quality is consistent from the first bite to the last. You can tell they don’t cut corners here.

Great food, great atmosphere, and a spot I’ll happily come back to again and again. If you’re looking for a top-tier breakfast or brunch, Toasted Yolk delivers every time.

We had a large group of adults and children, table was ready when the whole group was ready. Server was great and answered all food questions easily. The kids meals were good sizes, and nothing was left out. The server was on top of the refills and extras we requested and attentive. I look forward to eating here again.

I really enjoyed this visit, my server was Will and he was so awesome and had great conversation! He was also attentive and helpful with the menu! The west coast Eggs Benedict was amazing! I kept scraping the plate! My only complaint is I wish the sauce on top was a temperature hot it was A little cold for me. Other than that GREAT experience!! Loved the flavors & service!!
