This is going to be my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot! The servers was very friendly and attentive. The owner/general manager also stopped by our table to check on us. The food was delicious. The serving size was so much more than I expected for a half salad and soup. It did seek to take a little longer than expected but this place is new so o assume this will be perfected with practice. They don’t yet have their liquor license but will be offering drink specials soon! This place will not disappoint.

Holy cow !!!!!! This place is UNBELIEVABLE!!! The food is absolutely incredible , the people were the freaking best!!!! We had katherine and she was the best ! She helped me pick the most amazing meal ive ever had and i hate breakfast food! So that to me was insane then she got me a delicious latte that matched all my needs. The food is incredible and the soup i could literally live in !!!!! I cant even begin to say how splendid our day was after eating here. I will absolutely be making this my new go to spot and im not even from up here ❤❤❤❤❤

The service was good. There is a comfortable, new atmosphere. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. It was disappointing that they ran out of biscuits at 0915. The food was very tasty and it was a generous amount. Feel it was a bit pricey. Probably will go back,but not anytime soon.

We sat at the bar with Jessi and Ryan and it was a wonderful time! We got our food quick and it was all delicious and filling. My husband got the chicken and waffles and the portions are incredible! We had great conversation and we will very much be back! We even had interaction with one of their servers Kian and he was so accommodating and helpful. Jessi was knowledgeable about the menu and had lovely recommendations. Ryan was quick and attentive! We love the Yolk and we will be back!

The toasted yolk is shaping up to be a great breakfast/lunch spot in Johnson City! The vibes in the restaurant are amazing and everyone was so friendly. The food was amazing, I recommend the Nashville Hot chicken and waffles! Kristen and Kat were so kind and helpful. Make your way out here when they officially open!

I really loved my breakfast here! We came in on a Wednesday morning and immediately the hostess was so cheerful.
We really loved the clean, modern interior of the restaurant, it was very bright inside.
Our waitress, Emma, was very sweet, enjoyable and helpful throughout our meal. She answered all our questions, and made sure that our drinks were never empty throughout our meal. She also told us that soon there should be a patio section outside which we are looking forward to.
For the meal I settled on a omelette and my husband got one of their breakfast platters. The food came out pretty quick, and everything tasted delicious. The prices are a bit expensive, however you really get what you pay for because the portions were huge! Huge shout out to our server and the kind staff though, because they really made our stay enjoyable. Will be back!
