A wonderful environment and wonderful food. Probably the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had and they put a poached egg on top of my request. The staff was very helpful. Only thing I would say was not good for me because I have hearing aids and I had to turn them off because the echoes and the noise level was too much for me. I still love the experience.

Had the best time here!! ☕ The food was amazing and the portions honestly pretty big (we had a breakfast bowl with quinoa and Yolk Lover), and the best part is the staff: everyone is super friendly and helpful, we were greeted and seated right away, thank you Melissa for such a great service! Will definitely be back for more awesome breakfasts!

Had the pleasure of attending this morning for my birthday. It started a little rough due to it being busy but a lovely server recognized it and informed the manager. The food is absolutely amazing and the drinks complement the ambience. Michael is a Gem and this place is a 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely too impressed with this restaurant. I took my boyfriend here on a breakfast date. As soon as we ordered, our food was out 5 minutes later. Our waitress, Siara was such a delightful presence during our time there. Also, the flavors in the Shrimp & Grits are unforgettable!!

Very very nice breakfast place. The food was absolutely fantastic and honestly the best breakfast place I’ve had in Florida so far. My only knock is that the espresso was not very good but the coffee was. Other than that every thing was good. Our server was very very nice. The prices were good. I totally recommend this place it blew my expectations out of the water.

Great food and service, just some confusion on fees
I recently ordered the Yolk Deluxe Breakfast from The Toasted Yolk Café in Bradenton for a group of 15 people staying at a rental home, and overall the experience was very positive.
Evelyn was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She reached out via text to ask thoughtful questions, including whether we preferred individual meals or buffet-style service, and she made great recommendations—suggesting we do half bacon and half sausage. I’m glad we listened because the sausage was absolutely better than the bacon, though everything was still very good.
The food arrived hot, fresh, and top-notch, which is no small feat when serving that many people. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the quality definitely met expectations.
The only downside was some confusion around the 18% gratuity added to the takeout delivery order, which came to about $40. It wasn’t clear whether that gratuity went to the driver or the restaurant, so we ended up tipping extra just in case—which made the total cost higher than anticipated. I do wish that had been explained more clearly upfront. That said, Evelyn did kindly waive the delivery fee, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, great food and excellent customer service. With clearer communication around fees, this would have been a flawless experience. I would absolutely order from them again—especially for group breakfasts.

We went for brunch today and it was a lovely first experience. Our server, Amy, was great.
I had a Paloma cocktail and the brisket scramble and my partner had the shrimp and grits. The place was a little loud, but that’s expected on a Sunday. We will definitely come back!

Our first time at Toasted Yolk. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our server was personable. Order taken and received in a timely manner. Food was excellent. Only small issue is that our server was doubling as bar service and that kept her from attending to us when needed. I asked another server for a drink refill but still nothing. Finally once our server was free she came by to refill drinks but only checked on us the one time. We will definitely be back.
