Service was alright. The salmon was a bit dry on the eggs Benedict and they forgot to ask me how I wanted my eggs so they delivered them hard when I would have preferred them soft/medium. The hollandaise sauce was tasty, but not enough

Midday brunch with my toddler daughter and I can say it’s a core memory because of how smoothly it went! The cherry on top was the tv programming they have running (funny videos), you would have thought we had the restaurant to ourself because all you could hear was my sweet girl laughing as genuinely and as big as possible. The service was prompt and consistent, food was on point and left me wanting more to eat just to have that one extra bite of goodness, and my daughter left full and happy. We ordered the kids French toast with sausage (perfect amount and always perfect taste!), the Toasted Yolk plate (nostalgic and always a treat with the fresh sourdough bread), and a water and small orange juice. Could not have asked for a more perfect outing!

Had the Toasted Yolk while the family got the Two Eggs and Pancakes, the waiter Joseph helped us in ordering the right food based on preference for breakfast. Breakfast here, DELICIOUS! Try the Toasted Yolk, you’d be impressed by their breakfast options and great customer service like the one Joseph provided.

My first visit, but not my last. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The portion sizes were huge and very filling. Had the soup and sandwich combo: The broccoli cheddar soup was served with delicious croutons on top. The chicken salad sandwich was served between thick slices of toasted bread. Not the best chicken salad, but not the worst either. I had the Cowboy Scramble with side of Grits. The grits were perfectly seasoned so I didn’t add any more. The Cowboy scramble was enough for two people to share. Very delicious. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because our server, Jasmine, forgot to put our order in so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Jasmine was very honest about the mistake and kept us updated afterwards.

Toasted yolk was awesome from the atmosphere to the service. I had the brisket scramble with hash, and my hubby had the shrimp and grits. A side pancake as well. Everything was good, but I will say I loved his shrimp and grits more Now the star of the show was the brunch app donuts we had. Fresh and delicious I ordered ranch water for the 1st time ever, and it tasted like nothing but soda water. There were no remnants of tequila. Probably wouldn’t order that again. Our service was stupendous! I think his name was Greg, and he was more than attentive. We would revisit Toasted Yolk again.

More on the expensive side for a breakfast place but worth it! The portion sizes are pretty big, and everyone at my table had leftovers for a second meal later on.

We got the brisket tacos, Cowboy scramble and Alaskan Arnold. I’d never heard of an Eggs Benedict with salmon so I was a bit skeptical about how it would taste, but it did not disappoint! The lemony/buttery salmon paired well with the egg and hollandaise sauce.

The cowboy scramble was packed with flavor. Definitely took scrambled eggs up a notch.

The meat in the brisket tacos was very tender and savory. We each got our meals with the side of Hash brown casserole. This casserole was more on the soft side but still had a crispy outer layer. It had a good flavor but they aren’t extraordinary.

Originally they accidentally gave me grits instead of the hash brown casserole I had ordered, and they very quickly replaced the grits with a small plate of hash brown casserole and even brought us an extra plate of hash browns. Service was very fast and friendly.

My first time giving it a try I was traveling from Houston back home to Corpus Christi and it looked like a place to try out. I ordered a mimosa it was good. I sat at the bar as I was solo. Price was high for a brunch mimosa. I ordered black coffee. I ordered the brisket egg tacos. And they were very mediocre at best, very greasy and the brisket was far from good… I’m not sure calling that brisket in Texas is a good idea. I ordered fruit salad as my side, and it was mushy grapes and out of season cantaloupe. But the Cantaloupe was at least sweet. I did appreciate the service. The young woman Abbii who waited on me was very sweet, attentive and looked ne in the eye when we spoke. I also appreciated the atmosphere. There was a 16 yo bday celebration and the staff got everyone singing and that made me feel good. I also met a local couple at the bar and they were lovely. The floor was so greasy I had to wipe my shoes on their mats on the way out. Price is an issue at this place because the food isn’t quality and good enough to be at that price point. I don’t mind paying all for great food with excellent ingredients. The food was at best mediocre.

Food was good but service was not prompt. We had to stand up everytime we needed help to search for someone because no one from the service team was around and it happened 3-4 times. Toddlers keep asking for stuff like forks, new straw etc but asking for such stuff was headache bcz first you would wait for someone to show up for help.

Server was great but the food was not good at all. Hair in my kids sandwiches and hair in our orange juice. I got ham and eggs and the ham was burnt and nasty. Won’t be returning
