Delicious food! I went there twice in the span of two days. The owners are so nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend. I had the OG plain and then the second time with fried bologna. I highly recommend the fried bologna. Next time I go I wanna try the sweet sandwich that they have. It’s like a dessert.

TJ is the best one of the nicest humans you will ever meet. Not only that, but his food is amazing! The food is tasty, comforting and you can tell everything is made with love and care! If you get a grilled cheese, definitely get soup for dippin’, so good. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu!

Driving thru NM lately and was tired of chain restaurants. I wasn’t too sure about grilled cheese sandwiches but I was totally blown away. I had a combination sandwich of cheddar and Swiss cheese with an order of green chili soup. Great combo and the staff was positive and friendly.

Yum! Just what the doctor ordered! I don’t know where they source their sourdough, but man, it was perfectly buttery and crispy on the outside with just the right amount of subtle softness as you reach the ooey-gooey cheeses. I had the OG and my husband had the BAT. The portions were generous. We had poblano and summer squash soup and green chile stew, both flavorful and perfect complements to our sandwiches. The service was cheerful and everything came out quickly. If you’re looking for the classic comfort food sandwich or an elevated twist, these guys do it right! Don’t sleep on the Toasted Cheezer!
