Absolutely ADORABLE little gem in Two Harbors! We split the pretzel (which is giant by the way!!) and had a few fun cocktails. This is definitely worth coming in and hanging out!

The Tipsy Mosquito was an unexpected delight in our trip back from the Boundary Waters Canoe Area! Cheers to manager Steph for her wonderful drink recommendations and lively banter! Far from a local “dive”, the Mosquito offers craft cocktails that can be sipped while reclining on an antique chaise in one of several nooks tucked around the building. The drinks are delicious and expertly made. I sipped the “Pretty Bird” while my guest enjoyed one of the seasonal sips, “I Know What You Did Last Summer”. Time passed easily leafing through a few of the well-chosen books scattered across the table tops and we appreciated the vintage artwork and knickknacks. Tipsy Mosquito is a quaint and unique bar; so cute, all the way from the entrance to the jungle-theme restroom! A standout establishment- we will be back in when passing through!

This place is very unique! It’s got a lot of character. Really great drinks, ones you can’t find elsewhere. Friendly bartender. Highly recommend! Will be coming back when we are on the area!!

Absolutely loved the calm vibe of this place. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms are labeled “humans” and “humans” and when I had to pee, I verbally said, “well I guess I’m a human…” And made strangers laugh when I said that. DELICIOUS DRINKS and the cheese curds? Best I’ve ever had. So fresh and delicious. Could have stayed there all night

This is a hidden gem in two harbors. From the outside. You wouldn’t expect it to be a cool spot, but when you walk in it’s beautiful, eclectic and the seating is on fancy vintage furniture. The drinks are great, I got a non-alcoholic drink which was so good. Others who had alcoholic drinks enjoyed them as well. My favorite part was the gigantic pretzel that came out. Easily one of the best bar pretzels I’ve ever had. Will be back here for sure.

Great place in Two Harbors! It is nothing one would ever expect to see in a little Minnesota northwoods smalltown community. It’s unique with different nostalgic like areas within the bar to sit at. Large menu of very interesting mixed drinks. We had some wine, an old fashioned, and a craft beer. We did not order any food but everything on the menu looks great. Bartenders were both friendly as can be. The music that they play makes you want to stay forever and just relax and enjoy the presence. I love this place! I am not a local, but when I am back in Two Harbors for a visit I will definitely return. I wish this business the best of luck and look forward to returning. I am attaching photos.

I loooved this place. The food was wonderful and the space is beautiful! The drinks were so spectacular.
It is self serve and they seem to be a little short staffed but other than that it was a beautiful place and food. There was even live music.

This came recommended by some folks who are here in the Two Harbors one week a month. It did NOT disappoint! We had an assortment of different offerings the table shared. My favorites were the club sandwich, the margarita flatbread and the charcuterie plate. Everything was fresh and made to perfection. The antiquey ambiance and atmosphere are fun and unique. Can’t wait to come back when we are up here again in the near future.

Solid food, drinks, and service, fun atmosphere. Poles & Bobbles is the perfect blackberry gimlet, Duck Duck Razz is a super tasty concoction. Chips and dip and chopped salad are both good, but just standard, while Brisket Bagel is a fantastic and unique must-try. Lou Bear was good, but seemed light on bourbon, while Little Ditty was another banger.
