A cool little bar back in my hometown. Definitely the best one I’ve been to in that town ever However, the real stars are the servers and bartender! Missy was a riot!! She was engaging, knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive. She was able to make a drink recommendation that I loved (I don’t do bars much, and never know what to order). Additionally, she suggested a great burger to go with my drink since they were sold out of their famous tacos! Madison was the waitress on the clock. She was so sweet! Such a great staff and service.

If you want a positive upbeat environment this is your place. Missy the bartender will always welcome you with a smile and ice cold beverage. Live entertainment and DJ on the occasional weekend never disappoints. Food is amazing, best steak you can get in a small town establishment. My Personal favourite is the southwest egg roll appetiser. The large outside patio provides a beautiful view of historic downtown California.

Great steak! Cooked to perfection. House salad was big and delicious with a good mix and cut perfectly. One waitress waiting on several tables and took great care of us. First time there, we will definitely go back when in the area.

While visiting from Florida we stopped in to grab a beer and lunch. Our bartender Cody was absolutely great! We talked for an hour or so as he did his thing, super kind and respectful. I wish every bar tender was like Cody! Thanks again man!

Both the Hubs and I had a steak. They were prepared just right! Dinner and the service was excellent! Missy and the gang there was awesome! Kitchen did an awesome job! Definitely will be coming back!

Went for a night out with friends and family. The music was more upbeat than I was prepared for. In small town Cali. MO I was thinking it would be more old country but the DJ played really good music and took request.

The Finke Theater was having a performance across the street, so we arrived early at the Tipsy Cow. They have 9 tables of varying size in the Restaurant. ONE WAITRESS. She took care of all seven tables – there were people leaving and coming in. She greeted everyone, delivered menus, took drink orders, food orders, provided refills on drinks, and delivered the bills. After customers left a table, she bussed the table, including a nice wipe down. She did all of this with a smile. If I owned a restaurant I’d hire her and have her train the staff. We were there on Friday night April 22. By the way the steaks were great, the steamed broccoli was very generous and perfectly seasoned. My wife’s baked potato was the best she has ever had. Bottom line – we will go back.

I ate dinner here with my (at the time) 3 month old son. I ordered the Jordy Burger and a margarita. I could not finish either! They were sold out of Caesar salad so I ordered a house salad and it was delicious. The margarita was frozen and had so much flavor. But the burger was definitely the best part. We will definitely be back!
