I love this place, BUT today was super disappointing. Got some nachos and the took a super long time to get them, they came out cold not the end of the world. Ate 2 chips and there was a hair in the cheese! The girls were back there gossiping about customers and the young boy in the back was very rude, I asked for service and he shooed one of the girls up to register. It will be a while before I return to the tipping point.

If I could leave 0 stars after how I was talked to I would.
I simply ordered potato wedges. They smelled great but as soon as I opened the box I was surprised to see 6 wedges for $8 seems really steep. I was also extremely dissatisfied by the taste. The fryer was obviously not up to temp because they were pure mush. I didn’t have much time and decided to just eat a couple in my car in the parking lot before heading back to my work. I picked up my second wedge and noticed a long hair wrapped around it more than once. I closed the box and went back inside only to be talked to like I was the problem. The woman who i first spoke with tried to tell me it was a “corn hair” because they use the same fryer. I’ve never seen such a long curly corn hair. Then she instantly got defensive with me and told me they were short staffed so she couldn’t do anything to help me. That’s not an excuse for poor food quality and a code violation. The $8 was not worth me arguing with her about so I decided to cut my losses but I feel they should be aware of the employees actions and attitude. I really liked this place when they first opened but it’s gone drastically downhill since.

If you’re going to order in person, it’s fine. The food is always delicious but they’re terrible on DoorDash. They post items available to order but then they’re not making them anymore so you’re charged for food you don’t get. This happened twice with churros and today with my street corn. DoorDash issues credits for missing items but I’d rather not spend the money for a credit and also prefer not to experience the disappointment of not getting food I ordered.

Arrived 5 minutes before opening. The staff let me know they open at 11. Of course that’s no problem. They then did not take orders until 5 after 11.
I ordered a burrito, quesadilla and potato wedges. It came out to $30. The burrito was room temperature which ruined my experience. The staff actively avoided eye contact making it impossible to inform them that the burrito was not even warm. I would not recommend eating here.
Biggest draw backs are the room temp food and apathetic staff.

Their Tri-Tip Nachos….. Their Mexican Street Corn….. Their Quesadillas….. Their Chicken Salad….. Their Churros….. the list goes on and on! Every single thing I have had here has been amazing. Great flavor, coupled with decent prices. Win-win! I definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet!

*How unfortunate that they were left a one-star from someone who has admittedly “never been able to try them” since she keeps going in right before close (8 PM). If anything, that shows how good the food is, that they are selling out. If the customer really wanted to try the food, she would go earlier in the day instead of complaining in reviews about not getting what she wants, right before close, time and time again. Completely unfair review for Tipping Point, but hey, it’s her loss. More for the rest of us! 😉

The food is always amazing! Not only that the prices are pretty reasonable when you are comparing other restaurants. Especially good if you are looking to feed one person. Only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is the employees always seem very annoyed when helping customers. Almost like the order is an inconvenience.

It’s definitely taking a dive lately. Things used to be tasty and now it taste like cafeteria food. Plus the workers are young now and I don’t feel like they really listened. Likely won’t be back

Usually this place taste great however I got the tri tip salad and the lettuce was rotten. Smelled terrible so I called them to let them know and they didn’t even say sorry they didn’t even care or offer a refund.. Not worth driving back to get $10 back but super disappointed in save mart customer service. Slimy rotten salad… posted a photo of it too
