We had such a great experience at Tin Lantern Bar & Grill! Christy was an incredible bartender, friendly, attentive, and clearly knows her craft. The martinis are fabulous; I ordered the lavender lemon drop and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had. It was also a nice to see that they carry locally made South Fork vodka, which made the martini even better. =)
I had the chicken piccata for dinner and it was outstanding, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We came in with my husband, my in-laws, and our two kids, and everyone genuinely enjoyed themselves. The kids’ menu was great, which kept the kiddos happy, and the atmosphere felt welcoming for both adults and families.
Overall, fantastic drinks, great food, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I both got the lasagna, and it was great. We were pleased because it was a good-sized portion, and it wasn’t too rich with sauce as some can be. It’s very clean and not a 5lb gut bomb.
The beat salad was very large and perfect to share. I had a margarita which was good.
Being that everything was tasty, I’ll be back for a steak because I feel confident it will be worthy. I BBQ my own quite often, and so if I order one out, it better be good,

I ordered a Porterhouse steak medium rare. The cost was 44.00 the same price as a ribeye. I should have maybe ordered the ribeye because my Porterhouse was well done. The server did ask me about my steak and I told her it was well done, she looked at it and said oh because it’s so thin, would you like me too have them make another one for you?. Being so thin they could make 20 of them and it still would come out well done. Honestly it was like eating a Burger King hamburger patty. I gave them 3 stars because I’ve had better food there in the past, just will never get the porterhouse again.

Looking for a restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal. The Tin Lantern Bar and Grill has everything you’ve always wanted to eat. They have a high-quality pub menu with fresh ingredients. The steak salad (18.00) was generously portioned and prepared to perfection. The grilled artichoke (13.00) was bursting with flavor. The beer and wine section is from the surrounding area and they have a full service bar. This isn’t a great date spot, but it is an excellent place to enjoy a healthy, hearty meal. This place is a solid 3. We went to celebrate a birthday and we’re seated in a booth. The middle booth on the wall to the left is very scrunched- the booth chairs are placed too close together and it made our dining experience uncomfortable.
We got the meatball starter. The bread with the meatballs was very good and the sauce was good too but the meatballs were over worked and rough.
We also got a green goddess salad that I split with someone. The salad was okay except for large chunks of shallots. They served the salad in separate bowls for us which I thought was a nice touch until I saw they charged $2 extra. Annoying!
For mains I got the special which was chicken parm which was a bit dry and overcooked. I got extra marinara sauce. But overall this dish wasn’t very good. My partner got the burger which he ordered medium but he said it was way overcooked. The fries were pretty good. Another person at the table got the lasagna and it looked good.
Our server was Dallas who was friendly and did a good job.
They did ask if we were celebrating a birthday (which we were) but didn’t do anything to acknowledge it.

Really exceptional food. Service was excellent. We shared a grilled artichoke. Yum. Salads were fresh. Our entrees were all delicious. Two members of our table enjoyed perfectly cooked filets with fresh vegetables, two other members of the group had chicken masala which was really good. The place was a tad noisy. Highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Meadow Vista CA.

The burger was good. Needed some more seasoning for my taste. Good soft bun. The fries were well cooked. Just enough crispness to them.
Wedge salad was a good size for a starter.
The blood orange margarita stole the show. Great flavor, nice color. Tasted delicious.

While working in the area, numerous people recommended my husband and I dine here. They were not wrong!!!!
Upon arriving, there was limited parking, but fortunately, someone was leaving, so we managed to get “rockstar parking” right in front.
We made reservations ahead of time but came early to have pre dinner drinks. The bar area is fairly small, but we again managed to get seats at the bar shortly after arriving.
The environment is pleasant, nothing special about the decor but nice enough. We were greeted and served by the bartender shortly after sitting at the bar. A young man was one of our bartenders and was fabulous. Our glasses never sat empty. He was on the ball.
We had our dinner on the patio, and it was perfect. The weather was great, and heaters were turned on upon the sun going down. I’m so glad we chose the patio as it seemed more cozy than inside.
The meal…..ohhh the meal!!!! We each ordered steaks and they were cooked to perfection. I mean perfection. Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed each and every one of our staff members who helped us. We had different servers throughout our meal ie..taking our order, bringing our food etc..
