First time visiting. The Food was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere. They do need to clean the bathroom a little better. The fact that the meats are local and the pizza dough is made in house was a big bonus. Will definitely return!

This was our first time. We were head home from Richmond and want to have a sit down restaurant but nothing that is a chain restaurant. We were sitted quickly with two young men. They were both polite and asked what our seating preference was. One of the young men happened to be our server, Avery. He took time explaining the menu and letting us the meat is local and fresh not frozen. We really enjoyed our meal and the great service provided. Avery really is an asset to your establishment and the local residents and travelers are lucky to have a place to enjoy a meal. Also the tv was a plus because my husband already said it a great place to watch sports!! Thanks Timbers and Avery for making our visit a great one!

This was our first time trying The Timbers Restaurant. We just ate the best Buffalo Chicken pizza we’ve ever had! We asked for additional Bleu Cheese dressing for dipping. It was thick, tasty, tangy, & chunky. The dessert case choices were so yummy looking that we had to get a couple pieces of cake to take home with our leftover pizza. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu when we’re in the area. The waitress was friendly & attentive, and kept our iced teas filled. The restrooms were not fancy, but were very clean.

Friendly staff, seated quickly waitress was prompt. We had tap water and it had a strange taste. I overheard another server say they used well water. I asked about the size of the flounder fillet on their sandwich and was told it was a good portion, it wasn’t. The filet was thin and barely covered the bun. French Fries had an off flavor like they fried them in the same oil as the onion rings. My wife had the Steak & Cheese sub and she was happy with it but her onion rings had a fishy taste. Maybe they deep fry everything in the same oil.

Main issue is you charge too much for your food when it’s average. Lower your prices and you might get more customers. I’ve been there twice and on night you had three customers complaining. Why? Gee I wonder why..
You food is okay but not thrilling. Staff is good.
They’re gonna be lots of people moving into the area in the next two to five years. Coming from someone that comes from Northern Virginia. You should probably listen to what I have to say because when they get here, they will not pay your prices and they will not come to your restaurant. They might try it like me but they’re not gonna come back or they’re gonna stay away.
If you want to cut down on your food cost and be able to do something like this you need to get rid of half of your menu. You have way too many items. Take this from someone that has been Managing and building very busy restaurants for the majority of his life up until a few years ago.

Definitely not worth even the small amount that they are charging. Wait staff is unprofessional. I drive by all the time and they never have business which probably says something…the water and sodas tasted like chemicals. Food would be great if it didn’t all taste the same like they use the same oil for everything. Basically a low budget place with low expectations even in their staffing. Always on their phones and talking unprofessionally…will never stop here again.

Holy snikes! Everything here is homemade! Meat comes from a butcher. Burgers are fresh ground beef from steaks. Best Burger my son and I have had hands down. We came with a large group after a track day at Dominion Raceway. Everyone got something different. Everyone raved about their food. Staff was a little overwhelmed as it was lunch time but I will always stop her when I can.
