While we were vacationing near St. Germain, we stopped for lunch one day. We were greeted as we came through the door, asked if we were dining, and were given menus with instructions to place our meal order at the bar. We seated ourselves at a clean, nice table, and looked over the menu. My wife walked up to the bar, placed our order, and brought back a couple of beers. Our meals came out quickly, and the burgers were absolutely delicious, as were the crispy, hot fries. Both the meals and the service were great. Nice up north decor and vibes. Looking forward to next years trip, and we will be stopping here again!

We visit St Germain every year, we always look for new local places to eat vs fast food joints. Decided to pop in here last night after driving all afternoon from home. It’s located just off hwy 70, next to a row of cabins. Place had a fun vibe, the Brewers were playing on multiple TVs, sign on the door said we had to order at the bar due to no servers, which wasn’t a big deal to us. Ordered chicken strips and grilled cheese for the kids, my wife and I both had the grilled chicken sandwich with Nueske’s bacon (best bacon anywhere!) and mushrooms. Sandwich was very tasty with the bacon, fries were not greasy like you sometimes get at a bar. The bun was toasted and it was a decent size, perfect for a later than usual dinner.
After driving by this place for the past 12 years or more, I’m glad we stopped. It was very good!

First visit to the Timbers. Jason, recently became the “former owner” after 12 years of ownership, was our server. He was excellent, sharing some of the rich Northwoods history of the Timbers and Elbert’s Resort . I had a delicious Bloody Mary and we shared a tasty jalapeno/ cheese stuffed pretzel and a fried chicken Caesar wrap. Food and service was excellent. Enjoyed meeting you Jason.

I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at Timbers, thanks in large part to the incredible bartenders, Nice Jason and Nick. Not only is the food at Timbers truly awesome, but Jason and Nick made the entire evening even better with their exceptional service.
They were both super friendly, attentive, and really knew their stuff when it came to crafting delicious drinks. Whether it was a classic cocktail or something a bit more adventurous, they mixed everything perfectly and with a smile. Their positive attitudes and efficiency really stood out, even when the bar was busy.
If you’re looking for a great meal and even better drinks, definitely stop by Timbers and say hello to Jason and Nick. They’re a fantastic duo who clearly love what they do!

Kind of a small hole in the wall kind of place. The pizza was phenomenal but very limited. The appetizers were okay but most nondescript. You order at the bar & they bring the food to your table.
