Excellent Thai restaurant in the heart of San Francisco, 5-minute walk from Union Square. Food is great: I had twice red chicken curry and it was delicious. Most of the time restaurant is full, mainly of locals which is always a good indication. At night not easy to find a free table – queue is usually long. Prices are ok, not too high. Atmosphere is ok, the place is small and often overcrowded.

Hands down, the best Pad Thai I’ve had in a long time! Loaded with chicken, tofu, and egg. The noodles were more of a garnish than a filler! This is how Pad Thai should be! I ordered takeout online and it was ready when I arrived about 15 minutes later. I love that you can see the kitchen working thru the front window!
Like many have said, the restaurant is small, but cozy inside. So you might have to wait for a seat, but takeout is easy. The prices are very reasonable too.
I’ll be ordering again when I spend the night in the city!

Are two meals here in the week we were in SF – it was that good!
Simple and delicious food.
Affordable prices and generous portions.
Quick, efficient and helpful service.
We loved the yellow curry specifically! And also enjoyed everything else we tried!
Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Granted I only ordered for pick up but I’m very happy to say that the search for the best tom kha soup in San Francisco for me is over!!! It was bomb!!! The consistency of the coconut soup was just right (not too thick, not too runny) and the taste was divine!!! Hefty amount of chicken as well. Mild is spicy enough for me. The restaurant is tiny (hole in the wall-type) but decent seating. I cannot recommend The Thonglor SF enough located on Geary after Mason. Worth coming back for sure!

Small but very characteristic place, with an open kitchen and friendly staff.
The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. I had the Pad See Ew J and would definitely come back to try more dishes.

GET THE PADKEEMAO! There was a long line to get into this place but it was worth waiting every second. The serving size is pretty big and getting 3 dishes for 3 people was actually a lot of food. The curries were also great. True definition of a hole in the wall but it’s a gem. The mango sticky rice was interesting….

As the food and vibes were pretty good, I ended up to visit the restaurant 2 days in a row, dine-in the first day and to-go the next day.
My favorite is Pad Gra Pow with chicken. Service is also comfortable and great.

Absolutely loved this place! The food is incredible both the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were delicious and full of flavor. The restaurant is tiny but super cute, and the service is amazing. One of those hidden gems in San Francisco that you’ll definitely want to come back to.

I loved the noodle, tofu, Thai chili dish (can’t remember the name). Super tasty vegan option. This place has 2 pages of vegetarian options that can easily be made vegan. Would absolutely go back. The Thai tea with coconut milk was excellent too.

This is one of those little neighborhood spots that’s small, and cozy with friendly service that makes you feel welcome as soon as you step inside.
The food was good, and they give you generous portions, making it a really satisfying and well-priced meal. For a simple, tasty, and pleasant dining experience, this place is a definite win.
