This is the best BBQ place in the Azle area since the original Trading Post before it burned down. I had a sliced brisket sandwich which came with 1 homemade side. The brisket was tender, moist and had a great smoked taste from pecan and oak. It was also a very generous quantity and exceeded the size of the toasted bun. The sauce, while not required to cover up any defects of the meat, was a perfect blend of slightly sweet and spicy. I tried 2 sides including an excellent fresh coleslaw and mustardy potato salad. The price, while not cheap, was fair for the quality of the food offered. Give them a try if you’re looking for the real deal in Texas style BBQ.

The ribs are LEGIT and fall off the bone! Never have I had a rib anywhere at any restaurant that was that tender, flavorful or fall off the bone like that. You Sir are a Master of your craft! I look forward to trying more of the smoked meats

Wow, the ribs are legit. Great sauce…sauce is always tough to master bur their sauce is perfect…touch of spice and sweet…amazing. Brisket was sold out but I’d get ribs again without a thought. Great to see good bbq in Azle.
