The people who work here are so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d want for an afternoon tea! All of the teas and food were also delicious, plus they had cute period hats for group pictures. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know how to begin describing this wonderful, wonderful place. I’ve been back often for birthday celebrations.
They have themes for tea and I’ve celebrated the hobbit, Harry Potter and Paris. That was just this year! I got dressed up for all. We were all there for my daughters birthday this month. The food was amazing and so was the service. The atmosphere is impeccable.
Be prepared to make reservations on their website and to spend some money but it’s all worth it!!

What a wonderful place! I brought my daughter and her friend for a birthday tea and they had a great time. The staff were so kind and clearly enjoyed their jobs. We got tea and scones, and the little poppet platter which included fancy PB&J, deli sandwich kabobs (the favorite), a Nutella and banana filled croissant, a cookie, and a bite sized piece of cake. My recommendation would be to have more plain options for picky eaters (a mini croissant, a different cake flavor, a fruit skewer). I removed one star only because for the price, I would have liked to have some options to build the little poppet service.

I went for the first time on my friends birthday and we had an unforgettable experience! Our Waitress Kia (I believe thats how you spell her name) was so kind to my friend and even cut up a birthday cake our friend made for her. I will be recommending this place to everyone and if you see this Kia thank you so so much for making my friend feel so special and loved on her birthday.

My new favorite place! I’m a huge tea party fan and I kept wanting to visit The Tea Cart until I finally did! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. I chose the three course option, and items arrived freshly made, on a timely manner, and so well presented. The decor was just adorable and the staff was very friendly and attentive, checking on our table constantly. There’s hats available to borrow and options include unlimited tea. They have a very large tea menu with options for just about everyone. The menu offers bites and sweets that are fresh and made with seasonal ingredients. I highly recommend to try it at least once, though you’ll also end up loving it!

Amazing experience! The tea and food was absolutely delicious. We came in October and there were some more seasonal tea options, like the Pumpkin Spice Chai. Customer service was exceptional as well. We had the Royal Ascot. I was afraid that I might be hungry, but after seeing the amount of food it was plenty! Definitely worth the money, especially considering that everything is homemade. We had an issue with one of our savories, but they were so kind to not only bring us a new one, but also deduct some from our bill, and bring us an extra dessert. We will absolutely be back! Worth the hour drive for sure. Update: went back here for a second visit, and it was amazing again!! A favorite spot for sure.

The Tea Cart is absolutely spectacular. The setting is appropriately formal and special feeling for notable occasions.
This is one of the best afternoon tea experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve had afternoon tea in the UK, at the Ritz hotel in New York, and many other locations as well.
Each dish is carefully considered and prepared mindfully with delicious, fresh ingredients.
The tea menu has ample variety, and the servers were all helpful, accommodating, and encouraging of trying many different types of tea.
This particular occasion was to celebrate Mother’s Day early and my mother absolutely adored the experience.
I’ve attended their themed teas as well and they are fabulous and fun.
We look forward to returning!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the tea cart!! Their themed teas are excellent! My daughter and I calendar these few times and make sure to be there!! Their gluten free options are AMAZING and DELICIOUS can not recommend this enough!! Gluten free options are available and no less delicious than the regular food!

Had an amazing time here with my mom and sibling as a birthday surprise over the weekend. Ashlynn was an excellent host and really made us feel very welcome. The teas were some of the best we’ve ever had, and we drink a lot of tea!! The attention to detail here in the decoration and utensils was top notch, we loved every teapot and saucer that came our way. If you’re looking for that special place to host an event or just for an elegant brunch, please consider this wonderful local business!
