Food took 45 mins to come out. When we asked what was taking so long —extremely politely btw—- we were met the response “there’s only one cook and we’re a small place”. My wife offered constructive criticism saying “We weren’t aware of that, but for the future, it would be helpful to tell your customers such info to set the expectation”. The waitress didn’t take kindly to this constructive criticism. There was no communication from when we ordered our drinks to when we asked about the wait time about a delay in the food or anything like that. It would’ve been nice for the waitress to inform us of the delay. When the food finally came out it was pretty good. The apps were a little cold which made us wonder more.

This is my second bad experience with take out. First time I let it go but ordered lunch today and when I got home missing my sandwich. Gave me soup instead. I called and stated I did not get my correct order. The bartender kept going over what I paid. I said I did not want onion soup I wanted a french dip. She asked if I wanted to come and get another order. Of course since I paid over $31 and was missing my food. I drove back there and she still insisted I pay 10 more dollars for the sandwich. What happened to customer service? Customer is always right. I asked to speak with the owner who was not there. She went in the back and came back out to say owner was unavailable and still wanted the $10 for a mistake she made never mind the time and gas I wasted going back there. I’ve been in the service business for over 40 years and would never treat a customer like I was. Still waiting for the owner to call me. I won’t go into how bad the food was. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.

Stopped here to eat a while back. The bartender and other people here were all great. I had a Philly Cheese Steak with homemade potato chips. We were actually heading to a place nearby (that was closed), but luckily, the wife spotted this place, so we gave it a try and it was good.

Service so slow. One girl worked the bar and tables. We ordered the fish and chips. It was $14 for ONE piece of fish, fries, and small coleslaw which didn’t have any flavor. One positive was the fries. They were homemade fries and crispy. Definitely, won’t be eating here again.

This is an AWESOME little place . The food was great. Had an Irish Burger. Burger with corned beef lettuce tomato onions a special sauce it was absolutely phenomenal. Had live music there the atmosphere was great.
