Is putting much self service but they can heat up your food for you either wrap or they have a pizza also sandwiches!
After you pick up your item, the food, the drink do you have to make your own coffee and they pay with the ATM car on the auto serve kiosk !
The employee are pretty cool no smile, no No eye contact no engaging very cold
The food taste OK is very average. Nothing worse is edible.

Great place for a quick bite when you visit Niagara falls. They are located right next to the maid of the mist boat ride office. Looks like they recently opened it. The atmosphere was very warm with friendly staff. The restrooms were clean. There is also a small information center inside to learn more about the falls and Buffalo city. We had a great time here.

I’m a young customer and felt unwelcome at this establishment. I went to get a very small amount of water thinking it was complimentary. One of the ladies working there was unkind, watching as I filled a small amount before suddenly insisting on payment after I started drinking. It made me feel targeted and charged unfairly. I won’t be returning due to this discriminatory and racist treatment towards young customers.

As a parent accompanying my child, I was disappointed by the treatment we received at this establishment. My son, a young customer, simply wanted water, assuming it was complimentary. However, a staff member was unkind and abruptly demanded payment after he began drinking. It felt like taking advantage of a child’s innocence. This treatment was unacceptable, and we won’t be returning to this beautiful place with terrible service.

Food is extremely processed for a very expensive price. Still edible since I was hungry at the time. I wouldn’t go crazy here unless you’re starving. Might as well go outside The Falls across the street to the food district and get something more healthy there for the a tad bit higher price.

I am 56 years old, there was a sweet young lady with amazingly long hair there helping me through it all, the food was amazing a bit expensive but i understood that is what you get when there is huge tourist attraction. place was super clean.

Experience was horrible. Bad staff, took like 2 hours to get the food, they got mad whenever we talked about it. The food tasted like trash, even worse than my own cooking. Would certainly not recommend.
