First time trying this spot, and MAN LISTENNNN, brisket melted in my mouth and the ribs were so good I had to get some for the trip back to the West Coast. I honestly have never had ribs or brisket this good ever. I really don’t know what this man did to this meat, but it was absolutely delicious.

Today I decided to give this place a try, and I can honestly say one of the best bbq places I’ve ever tried , if not the best. I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and I can honestly say he is a very stand up guy. I got the ribs and tried some of the brisket and I must say , very delicious and tender. I have officially found my new place for bbq. They do not sell sides , so if you want sides you will have to make your own, or buy it elsewhere. Do get there early as he sells out fast.

Showed up at 3:30 PM on a Friday- only short ribs and brisket left. If you’re picky, show up early- but I’ll bet everything is delicious! Brisket was the BEST I’ve ever had!! Peppery, flavorful, and smoked to perfection. The experience was just as enjoyable as the food! As first-timers, we were welcomed, got the brochure, and had the first taste (with no barbecue sauce) guarantee! If you’re in PSL, you’ve gotta stop. This one-man show deserves all the hype.

My new favorite barbecue spot!! So hard to find barbecue like this, properly trimmed, seasoned and smoked to perfection! You can put barbecue sauce on it but definitely don’t have to. If you’re like me and love brisket but have a hard time finding it done right, Rich is your guy!! Everything he offers is off the chain, you won’t be disappointed!! Better call ahead and reserve, he sells out quick!

Yesterday was my first experience – very grateful that Richard was so accommodating on Super Bowl Sunday to set us up with the ordering instructions and sell us one of his very last racks of ribs. (Also managed to score some brisket.) Was hands down the best smoked meat we have found in the Stuart/Jensen/St. Lucie area. So tender, flavorful, perfect! No sauce needed!!
