First time attending. Ms. Kate took excellent care of us. Extremely attentive! I ordered a steak with complicated modifications to an unsullied chef. This chef was so good, knew exactly what questions to ask and let me tell you, my ribeye was absolutely PERFECT!!!! The mashed potatoes are loaded with flavor, I didn’t even have to add salt. The broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was so good, I couldn’t stop eating. The pot pie bowl was unexpectedly packed full of amazing flavor. I loved the way she made my drinks as well. It was such a great atmosphere too! We can’t wait to go back. This may be my new favorite spot!!!

Tried out Talking Pint for the 1st time the other night. What I can say is overall, it was okay. Nothing great and not horrible! The atmosphere is like a local divey place. They have a big selection of beers and drinks on the menu. They do have seating outside, as well as inside. Service was friendly. We ordered the burgers, bistro burger, classic burger, and mushroom and Swiss. The claim is that they are smash burgers, but just felt like a regular burger to me. I don’t think it was worth the $15, maybe 10-12. Overall they were good, but the bun was cold. We also had the pretzel bites which were good.
I might come back for like a trivia night to try that out!

I have eaten lunch here a few times. Been ok overall. Good beer selection steady food. Today got a BLT sandwich with onion rings to go with my 2 beers for myself and wife.
When food finally made it to table, it was cold. But also missing 2 small plates to split our meal. Our waitress was not around so we asked hostess to grab 2 plates for us. She let us know that was not her job. After 5 minutes watching her seat guests and change table seating elsewhere I finally caught her attention and asked again for the plates. Her attitude was about the worst you could ask for. When she did return with plates, they were slammed down in front of us and she kept walking.
Well, I don’t need their food that much, we got up told waitress we were leaving and went to Three bulls tavern. We will not be back. Sure hope the hostess will get relieved of her duties.

The Talking Pint is one of those places you might not know about unless you are local. Everything I have tried so far has been AMAZING. What gets me every time are the Tuesday night half price wings, a side of fries and the pretzel bites. Sundays they serve Brunch with unlimited Mimosas.. anything you order is worth a one time try. Will continue to return and enjoy the delicious food options and beer menu for sure!

The French onion soup is better than a 5 star chicago restaurant I’ve been to.
The ohana chicken and shrimp was delicious.

We tried this restaurant for first time. Pleasantly surprised! We had mac and cheese with BBQ brisket. Absolutely delicious. Also tried burger which was good. Drinks were made correctly and not watered down. Our waitress Chelsea was very attentive and really friendly. Highly recommend if you want a laid back atmosphere with good food and drinks.

Staff is friendly and helpful, it’s still new so there working out the kinks, but the kitchen is to slow. Food was good, fries came out cold and were burnt. Wedge salad was small, Club sandwich was good, Angel hair pasta with steak was ok. Place is very loud.
