Great food, the best house-made chips & guacamole, and the staff is always friendly. They have TVs inside and out on the patio and a full bar with draft beer and great cocktails! They also have take-out.

I really enjoyed my lunch here! The food was fresh, and I loved the chips—thin, crispy, and not too heavy. The guacamole was spot on: fresh, flavorful, and full of chunky goodness. The 3 tacos for $12.99 (with a side included) is a great deal. The shrimp and fish tacos were especially delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great food, and very nice staff. Typically a go to spot for us on the road. Unfortunately during today’s stop for to go we found glass in our quesadilla that our 6 year old pulled out of his mouth. I called the manager to let them know. Hope they can get their kitchen safety issues resolved before someone gets hurt. Worth noting I went around 2pm and it wasn’t very busy, so this wasn’t a “lunch rush” issue.
Edit: to address the response from the owner, the shard came from what appears to be a cup (looks like glass but it’s a hard plastic). Exact time of food purchase was 1:42pm on 10/19/2025.

I really enjoyed my lunch here. The food was fresh and the chips are nice and thin not thick and overwhelming. Now I did get the Mexican pizza I enjoyed it but it was a little on the sweet side for my taste. The guacamole was on point fresh and chunks of the good stuff.

100% Highly recommend. Tacos at brunch were excellent. We had 2 tacos each. I had 1 Sunday Blues: fried chicken with blueberries in a pancake with maple syrup next, a strawberry shortcake taco, which was also a pancake and fantastic!! Great service, great sports bar, great place!

Taco Stache is such a great spot! The tacos are fresh and full of flavor, and the Bandito and El Zorro are hands down the best. They also have a full bar and it’s an awesome place to watch games with a fun vibe. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere makes it easy to hang out and enjoy yourself. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Pooler to watch games or Sunday Funday!

They have forgotten the cheese on my 8th grade bully with beef multiple times, it’s not even close to the same thing without the cheese. The bahn mi used to be the best taco I’ve eaten in my life but now the meat is rubbery and you get less. And my other tacos had missing ingredients too. For $5 a taco it better be delicious!

Disappointing experience if you’re looking for good Mexican food. While the menu looks Mexican-inspired, the execution felt heavily Americanized and lacked authentic flavor and depth.
We’re not Mexican, but we truly appreciate cultural cuisine and quality food. Most items tasted industrialized, especially the sauces. The only highlight was the nachos themselves, which had a decent seasoning, though even the dip fell flat.
For the price, there are far better and more authentic Mexican options in this area. We enjoy exploring new places, but this one missed the mark. We wouldn’t return.

I ATTEMPTED To get 2 tacos to go on Valentine’s Day. Maybe 8-9 tables in the place I placed my order and was told that it would be 20 minutes and that I would receive a text when the food was ready. Fast forward 2 hours and still no call. So I called the restaurant and they apologized I then asked if I can come by and grab my tacos for free since they were sitting for over an hour and it was not MY FAULT. I was then told that they could put a 20% discount on my cold food, WOW THANKS! I will not be back

Taco Stache is awesome! Whenever we go to Costco, this is our go to place to eat. Service is a little slow everytime but it’s okay the food makes up for it. Highly recommend the fisherman taco!
