First off, the logo alone deserves respect. That bearded skull looks like he takes street tacos personally. Like he has strong opinions about tortilla integrity.
Walked in thinking quick lunch. Walked out reconsidering my life choices because I ordered the wet burrito.
Warning: if you get the wet burrito, clear your schedule. This thing is about 16 inches of glorious excess. It shows up smothered, sauced, and unapologetic. If Waffle House has “scattered, smothered, covered,” this is the Mexican heavyweight version. Fully drenched. Fully committed. No half measures.
Flavors don’t politely knock. They kick the door in. Bold seasoning, legit heat, real-deal street taco energy. The nachos? Also massive. Crispy, loaded, and absolutely not a side dish unless you’re feeding a small committee.
If you’re in town for Mayo Clinic, this place is perfect. Quick, friendly, casual vibe. Beer. Check. Margaritas that show up ready to work. $5 happy hour that feels like a gift.
My only regret? I was too full for tres leches. And that one’s going to haunt me.
Highly recommend. Bring appetite. Maybe bring backup.

If you are looking for comfort food the Birria Grilled Cheese sandwich is the way to go! They have PEEFECTED this sandwich and it is truly delightful.

Stopped in a couple of days ago to try the street tacos and had to come back today and bring the whole family! It’s an easy walk from our hotel/Mayo Clinic and love the option to sit outside and listen to live music.

Great Mexican option in Rochester. Nice restaurant and good service. Here’s what I got. Near the Mayo Clinic.
14” wet burrito with chicken. It had beans, rice, lettuce, pico de Gallo, guacamole, and topped with chipotle dip and bacon. The combination of items was yummy and I would recommend.
Fish Street Tacos with Flour tortilla and filled with grilled shrimp or fish, lettuce, and pico de Gallo. The rice had good seasoning, and the beans have a good smooth flavor and texture, not simple refried beans. Fish Tacos were on spot.

Amazing food. The guy who runs it whenever im there is welcoming and friendly. The food comes out quickly and is phenomenal. I get the street nachos and the tres Leche cake. Both are put of this world!

Amazing birria tacos! I am staying at the Kahler Grand so I walked down and ordered. It was quick service to go! I was back in my room in less than 15 minutes with delicious birria tacos and a margarita on the rocks! I will definitely be back (I come to Mayo every 6 months).
