Javier was very pleasant, welcoming, humble, and overall very RESPECTFUL! I inquired about ingredients on a taco and what a drink contained and he explained it to me very pleasantly. yay taco project!!!! my fave local tacos. the battered shrimp tacos are my go-to—i often want to explore the menu, but, knowing the shrimp tacos exist, i simply cannot stray! the mango salsa really makes the dish.
additionally, the service here is impeccable! erica helped us today, and she was so friendly and attentive. checking in, very welcoming and chill, and makes a mean hibiscus margarita! she said it was her first time making margs… how! it tasted so delicious, like she was a seasoned marg-maker. it was sweet, yet you could still taste the tequila. thank you erica!!! if you see her, please say hello for me.
overall, stop into the taco project! it’s always a great. quick food output, marvelous margs… perfect meal time. yay!

So glad I took a chance! Had a really difficult day and needed to get my 1st bite to eat later than expected! This place did not disappoint and was truly worth the wait! Customer service from the walk in was on point! Happy hour was a success! Drinks as picky as I am were on the money! Fries were undeniably tasty.. so much so that I shared a few with someone that was drawn in from me sitting at the window seat enjoying! Friendly people! Tastyyyyy food & drinks! If you have a hectic day it will certainly have the potential to turn that frown upside down! Lily was absolutely amazing! I ordered my burrito bowl to go so no photos sorry!

We are loyal fans and frequent visitors of the Taco Project. If you live in or near Westchester county New York you MUST visit them. We usually frequent the Tarrytown location but this trip was in Pleasantville and we were met with the same high quality and super friendly staff. This restaurant is the best for Mexican food. Period. Tacos incredible, quesadillas terrific, rice and beans heavenly and the Mexican street corn is to die for.

Everything on the menu is delicious. I always find myself coming here even if it’s just to get an agua fresca as a pick me up. The staff is friendly and helpful day in and day out. I look forward to warm sunny days so I can sit out on the beautiful patio space they have out back. Definitely a go-to spot for delectable meal in a comfortable and well decorated space.
