Outstanding barbacoa, al pastor, & carnitas! Even the steak was killer. Tacos, quesadillas, and vampiros are all legit with insane in membrane flavor. Decent margaritas—drink menu has changed with fewer options. Only one mezcal. Cool vibe. And great service. Super clean.

Seriously the most amazing steak tacos in the area, maybe all of Colorado. Melt in your mouth, worth every penny, savor every bite tacos. I can not recommend them enough! Chips, queso, and other items are also tasty. But the steak tacos are to die for.

The tacos are a little pricey but first of all they put so much food in it and it’s so good. So worth the money. The place is really clean as well and the workers are nice! Definitely recommend!

This is our first trip to their restaurant. We have eaten from their food truck for years and the sit down experience was excellent. We sat at the bar and we had a very attentive server. I ordered the steak tacos with cheese and a coke. The food was exactly as we had remembered. It was the first time that I could order the tacos that I love and not have to sit in the car and eat them. Friendly staff.. great food that has not changed from truck to brick and morter… This is a restaurant and a family worth supporting. They are good people and their food is unique. That’s two qualities that are very hard to find these days. Give them a try… you will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed the glow up of Taco man food truck to resturant. They have excellent food, which letting you know it great! The atmosphere is not my favorite, it is a little too stimulating for those who enjoy a more relaxed setting. Walking in, the staff was friendly and very helpful when choosing a item from the menu. Service makes up for the atmosphere! The drinks are exotic and different for Berthoud/Loveland area. The shrimp quesadilla is a hefty item, with a crunchy exterior. Flavors pop and pair well with the alcohol. ~ The Al Pastor Taco was tasty, I can’t recall the taste due to being a wife item. She approves! So for those couple who have eat like a bird partners. The food is very reheat friendly, I’m semi picky about it. So left overs will not be a chore if you come to this establishment! The food is worth it and with a loyalty program it will be your go to resturant for the area. So give them a try ~

Barbacoa quesadilla was a good portion and very tasty. Vegetable taco was flavorful and delicious. Their hot sauces are made in-house and are outta this world! Margaritas are made fresh – they don’t use those nasty mixes. Service was excellent. This is a hard working family run business that started out as a food truck. Support local!

The tacos are yummy but not $6/taco yummy. We got shrimp , and steak. Chips and salsa are normally free at a Mexican restaurant. We got about 12 chips for $5. Guac is good. Stools are tall and tiny, bad combo if overweight with toddlers.

Finally got a chance to visit the store front after visiting the truck many times. The food is still great, the wait/bar staff was very friendly, nice and quick with service. Loved the various salsa options at the salsa cart. The decor is nice, the music playing was loud but that’s the expected bar vibe and atmosphere. It was a good song selection. The place was clean. I wish they had fountain drink options, but they do have a fridge with bottled non-alcoholic drinks. Not too many but a few, Coke, Fanta & Jaritos. Big selection of mixed drinks. The overall experience was nice, but what really brought it down was the very loud arguing going on in the back between 2 staff. You could hear the angry yelling back and forth very clearly from where I was sitting. It was rather embarrassing, and although I know that everyone argues, your place of business where folks come to eat, relax, have a good time, and bring their families, kids, etc. is just not the place for all that drama. If I ever return, I’ll order to go. Don’t need all that negativity while eating. We get enough of it out in the world. And shame on the man yelling at the woman in that way, no one deserves to be treated in that way.

Just came in today for the first time and right off the bat the customer service was EXCELLENT. The guy recommended the 5 taco special so that’s what we did and they were the best, freshest, fattest tacos I’ve ever had, we got the chicken shrimp and steak tacos. The chicken was my favorite everything was super fresh especially the pico. This is my new favorite taco spot and will continue to come here!!
