I was craving fish & chips and called them to place an order to go, but owner explained they were just leaving an event so weren’t at their usual spot. They were kind enough to offer to deliver my order to me on their way back home! Incredible service and food! Everything was hot and crispy and super huge chunks of fish! Exactly what I was looking for! Absolutely the nicest people and delicious food too! Will be ordering again, I’ll come to you next time

I cannot get enough of this place. It’s the kind of food truck that makes you want to camp out in the parking lot just so you can be first in line the next day. I went for the shrimp tacos with calamari, and wow every bite was a knockout. The shrimp were plump and juicy, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick of spice, while the calamari was golden and crisp without being heavy. The tortillas tasted fresh, and they stacked the tacos with vibrant toppings that balanced it all out bright lime, crunchy slaw, and a drizzle of sauce that tied everything together like a little flavor symphony. The truck itself has that laid back coastal vibe with sea salt in the air, people laughing as they wait for their orders, the smell of fried seafood drifting around like a magnet.
And the cook? Let’s just say the food wasn’t the only thing sizzling. Dude was ridiculously hot confident, focused, and working the grill like he was born for it. Honestly, he could serve me cardboard and I’d probably still line up just to watch him work, but thankfully, the food more than matches the view.
If you’re anywhere near this truck, do yourself a favor and stop by. It’s not just a meal it’s a whole experience, and one I’m definitely coming back for.

OMG. I can’t believe how amazing the fish tacos were. Probably the best I ever had… I love how they used grilled fish and it was so tender. Seasoned perfectly and loaded with chunks of avocado.

Very good food. Hand made with care and it shows in the quality of the food. Service is with a smile. They make things them self and it shows in the taste of the food. If passing through shelton this is a east great place to stop! Be sure to ask about specials.
