We came for dinner last Friday night for their fixed menu, and we greatly enjoyed our experience; the service was exceptional. The ambiance was cozy and elegant. We all LOVED the charcuterie that came out first with local and seasonal items, as well as the starters (choice of scallops or sliced beet and goat cheese). The waiters as well as the chef came out multiple times to ask how we were doing. Service was top notch.
We all agreed that the mains could have been better. The lamb was overcooked, and the chicken dry; neither was inedible, we just expected more from this restaurant. The fish main was decent but not amazing. So whomever prepped the mains could work on that. We all enjoyed our desert. I really want to give this restaurant 5 stars because of the attention to details, and with a tweak of the mains I will be happy to. I also suggest a second salad option as not everyone enjoyed the option that was served. Our drinks were so exceptional we all ordered a second one which we rarely do.
The dining experience is $75 a person (plus tax and tip) with entree upgrades and drink option add-ons. All seatings are at 6pm, Friday and Saturday nights, and they will speak to all dining patrons as a group before and after the meal which is really special. Make a reservation.

First time visit to this eatery. My guest and I attended a 5-course Feb 13 Valentine’s dinner. The Table is located behind the Inn B&B. It is a small dining area whose decor matches the old homes that surround it. Reservations are required. We arrived at 6p. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and quickly seated. All staff members were very personable, attentive, and responsive. Susan, the owner, greeted and spoke with each guest. All worked exceptionally well to create a very enjoyable dining experience. Servers demonstrated a complete menu familiarity and provided excellent guidance. All dietary questions were received and accommodated to our satisfaction. We started with a Valentine’s Grazing Board with fruits, cheese, meats. Second course was Shrimp and Burratta. Third course was a Ceasars Salad. Fourth course, pan seared Scallops and Filet Mignon. Dessert was Chocolate type cake and a Valentine’s special. Alas, I failed to record the dessert info. I enjoyed some red wine.. First, the table service was exceptional. The staff worked in sync to process and deliver our meals quickly. Second, the food preparation and presentation were delicious and aesthically pleasing. Hats off to Chef Amanda. My guest and I were totally pleased with our dining experience. Thank you Candace for reminding me to take the flower that I had gifted to my guest. Well done.

Thank you!! We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday with close friends last night, and it couldn’t have been more special. The evening was full of fun, warmth, and truly outstanding food. From the beautiful spread of bread, cheeses, fruit, and nuts to the rich, delicious crab soup, every detail was thoughtful. The fish and steak were perfectly cooked by Chef Amanda, and the chocolate dessert with oozing peanut butter was unforgettable. Outstanding meal! We had a wonderful meal here on Friday night. The food was fantastic. My husband had the ribeye which was to die for and I enjoyed the crab cakes. Everything was well presented and tastefully done. The staff were friendly and the ambiance upscale and comfortable. After a wonderful dessert, we sat out by the fire pit and enjoyed the changing weather. I highly recommend The Table and would happily return! Enjoy

Our experience at the table was very enjoyable! The staff was friendly and hospitable. Taylor and Jennifer made the dining experience both special and memorable. Super compliments to chef Casey and his team for knocking the food out of the park. I had the tuna tartare appetizer that was fresh and delicious, highly recommend this to start your evening. The filet minion was cooked Excellent! And I sampled the tomato risotto that was creamy and excellent. All in all you will not be disappointed to enjoy a night dining in at The Table at the Inner Banks Inn!

We enjoyed the appetizers. Tuna tatar and fried green tomatoes. Excellence choices. the fried green tomatoes were served with feta cheese and marinara sauce . Tomatoes were fried in a light batter. Tasty but cold. Tuna tatar delicious. In fact all the food was tasty, but cold. I detest cold food. It was a Sunday evening the restaurant seems to have run out of a few menu items. They did have an attentive wait staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Ate at The Table for our anniversary, excellent food and service! Meals cooked to order, to perfection, and server was so kind and attentive. Only reason we went was because I’m close with one of the kitchen staff, and she made the reservation for us, but it was so worth it! Will be coming back frequently! (Also tried all the desserts of the night, highly recommend all of them!)

We enjoyed our meal here. Our waitress was very nice and hardworking, and did a great job. Our meal was also very well prepared. As an added bonus, they were fine with our dogs outside which is how we found this place when we first moved here.
