We provide full service coffee in the mornings 7 days per week, and turn into a trendy cocktail bar every day at 1pm/11am on the weekends. Ages 21+ during all operating hours. Great for date night, watching sports, relaxing with friends; we have daily drink specials and super friendly staff who will remember your name. We ALWAYS offer military discounts, first responder discounts, happy hour from 4pm-6pm Mon-Fri, and rotating whiskey flights every Wednesday.

I recently hosted a first-time homebuyers class at The Syringa and it was absolutely perfect. The space was ideal for a small group — cozy, welcoming, and the ambience made everyone feel comfortable and engaged. My attendees were attentive, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyed being there, which says a lot about the environment.
I also come here regularly for morning business meetings, and it never disappoints. Great coffee, beautiful space, and a calm energy that makes it easy to connect and get work done.
What really sets The Syringa apart though is how community-driven they are. As someone who loves supporting local Nampa businesses, this place checks every box. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful — you can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors.
Highly recommend for meetings, events, or just a great cup of coffee. So grateful to have a place like this in our community!

I have been here multiple times in the past few weeks and have been served by Emily. She was kind, communicative, and generous. She introduced me to my favorite drink of all time and I will forever love my experience with her! I went to the Syringa 3 times within a week and I had Emily each time. I highly recommend Syringa for events! We used Syringa for our wedding and the experience was beyond what we could’ve hoped for! We got a lot of great feedback from our guests about the staff and drinks. We appreciated the friendly service; including interacting with our party, ensuring Bride and Groom were always taken care of, and having extra alcohol brought in within a short period of time when we ran out of our expected needs (us running out was our fault due to having more drinkers than planned).
From start to finish, Syringa made this one of the least stressful parts of plan ing our big day!

Disclaimer, Syringa totally markets themselves as a 21+ bar/coffee shop. However, I did not know that walking in from the street with my baby only to be turned away from buying a coffee to go. So just be aware, moms and college students, they will not serve you even if it’s just to go coffee. If you’re a mama there is another coffee shop down the street called The Perks of Life that is more family friendly.
RESPONSE: My intention was not to be hurtful but state a fact: that this is not a good spot for moms to grab coffee. I realize there are legal reasons you cannot serve minors but that does not mean that it’s not valid for me to point that out to others that they won’t be served so they don’t walk in like I did unknowingly. I saw a reel on instagram a while ago that talked about your coffee and didn’t mention anything about age. So when I was going to the library I decided to stop in. I’ve never been to a place that won’t serve me with my child so I didn’t think to do any research. My fault for not seeing something posted on the door. I didn’t need to talk to a manager to resolve anything because the interaction with your staff was fine. I realized it was likely a legal issue not someone disliking children ect but wanted other moms who may be looking for coffee shops in Nampa (because they are few and far between) to know this isn’t the best fit for them.

Syringa has it all. The best coffee, the best cocktails.. it’s the perfect setting for a game or craft night with your friends. You’re always walking into smiling and happy staff. If you’re a creature of habit, they’ll get to know your usual order and have it sitting down in front of you as you’re sitting down at the bar. On the flip side, ask them for a custom drink and they’ll blow your mind. The staff knows what they’re doing, and the vibe is cozy.

Have you ever found a place you want to succeed, but also want to keep secret? This is the place. It’s an amazing bar with great craft cocktails and a phenomenal staff. I kind of want to keep it to myself as it is a true gem in downtown Nampa. Whether you are looking for a nice evening out, or a new regular spot, the Syringa is definitely worth checking out.

Delicious cocktails and a super awesome vibe with great decor. Food may be brought in on your own (awesome, bc Messenger pizza is only a block away) and there was a food truck out back as well. This was our first time there for trivia night and we had a blast. Can’t wait to return for another trivia night!

Such a beautiful little spot. Chandeliers follow the length of the building. Chase loungers are super comfortable, all seating areas are. Especially the high backs. The service has been fantastic. An excellent choice of cocktails. There is shuffleboard to play. You really cannot get a cuter place to sit down and have a drink. The ambiance is so welcoming.
