We had a great first visit to The Swine Barrel and will return! The owners, Ciara & Justin, are super friendly, high energy folks who make you feel right at home. The Caprese salad was fresh and delicious. The queso had a nice bite of heat. The pork sandwich was flavorful and I requested everything on the side so I could try everything on its own… really good! I love pickled onions and theirs are on point. The Swine Barrel was out of sausage balls, so that’s on the list for our next visit. The building is full of positivity, clean, and colorful….can’t wait to return!

I’ve been so excited to try this new restaurant out, and it did not disappoint!
The owners were extremely nice and I felt like I was at a friend’s barbecue. We ordered the Smoked Meat Sampler, and it was perfect for 2! The service was fast and I loved the interior of their shop.
My only recommendation is to order double the sides.. they were so good that we almost drove back for seconds!

We were heading back home to Pennsylvania from Kentucky and getting hungry but didn’t want the same old fast food thing. I hit up the Google and found this gem. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We went with the meat sampler and it was more than enough for both of us with leftovers to take home. The staff was very friendly even making sure I had an extra bbq sauce when the boyfriend refused to share. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely be coming back.

Overall a nice addition to town. I’ve eaten here several times and never been dissatisfied with the food. I only docked a star for two small reasons: The prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get, especially the sides, and their style of barbeque isn’t for everyone. If you like heavy, strong, but simple flavors in your barbeque, this place isn’t for you. But if you like more complex but weaker flavors like I do, you’re in luck. Not at all bad food, but unique…and an unfortunate side effect of that is that not everyone will like it.

Absolutely delicious and worth the wait. The banana pudding is my absolute favorite dessert. The deviled eggs are the absolute best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It’s a mom and pop shop, so you have to wait while they make the food, but it definitely worth the wait.

The BBQ sauce that I tried is vinegar based, I absolutely love it. The pulled pork is smoky and tender. Service was quick and friendly. I will be going back.
