The Sweet Shoppe is a season 6 winner of Cupcake Wars on Food Network. The small business is owned by friends Nikki Whitaker and Susan Catron, who both grew up baking in the kitchen. Their full-service bakery is open 7 days a week, offering made from scratch, gourmet desserts like cupcakes, cookies, French macarons, and cheesecakes, along with specialty coffees; all served with a healthy portion of Southern hospitality.

My hubby and I had a nice little treat here. I had to stop him from inhaling his red velvet cupcake so I could take a picture. I had the hot chocolate cupcake. Both were delicious and a nice little pick me up while we shopped. I had an iced coffee and it was equally as delicious. The staff were all so so friendly and welcoming. I had questions (bc I always do, lol) which they answered very kindly. We’ll be back! I want to try their cheesecake next

Super nice people, and amazing bakers. My husband and I asked for a written in the stars looking cake of Red velvet and cream cheese frosting with a raspberry filling incorporated into it and they knocked into the stars! Perfect texture, moist, and visually stunning. Highly recommend!!!

Great little spot – had a very good cappuccino and took some sweets to go! My son said the large Chocolate Chip Cookie was fantastic and I really enjoyed the Red Velvet Cheesecake! Cake on the bottom with an upper layer of cheesecake it was delicious.

I contacted The Sweet Shoppe 2 days before my impromptu wedding. I had 2 quickly googled inspiration photos and THEY created this beautiful cake. The thing is, it tastes even better than it looks!
I’m honestly not a cake girl, more into cookies, but this is slap your mama amazing!!! Vanilla cake, buttercream frosting— seems simple but THIS CAKE!!!! I’m so addicted that I go in and order a small one each visit just to feed the addiction. It’s the most amazing vanilla I’ve ever had and the frosting- not too sweet, but full of flavor.
Do yourself a favor— trust me— go try it! I’ve also had the macarons and a coffee— delish! The BEST!

I stumbled upon this very quaint little dessert shop after searching on Google. I ordered the Banana & Nutella Waffle and the Oreo cupcake. Both were very delicious 10 out of 10! They also have a candy corner where I took a trip down memory lane! They had so many cool options. From

Santa Claus was there that day!! The cupcakes were dense and flavorful. Liked the French toast cupcake best. The red velvet cookie was very tasty as well. Several desserts to choose from and wish we had tried more. Cute little bakery and the owners I believe won on Cupcake Wars!
