My wife and I stopped in for lunch, such an amazing place. We got the potato soup and their Cruban (a take on the reuben blended with a Cuban twist) and it was absolutely amazing. You can just tell the attention to detail that goes into every recipe. Such a clean, well decorated place and the food blew us away. We will tell everyone we know! Such a gem for the little town of Kenton Ohio!!

Stopped in for lunch on our way to Michigan. Excellent Cuban panini and fresh made sweet potato chips. The place is small with a cute little patio out front. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stop in again if we are in the area.

I ordered a personalized birthday cake with lemon cake and raspberry filled frosting and it was delicious!! My family and I all enjoyed it. It was rich, thick, creamy and had lots of toppings inside. The owner stayed in touch with me every step of the creation process, even sending me proofs of the cake before it was a finished product. I would recommend their services to anyone close to the area and I can’t wait to try more of their tasty goodies soon!

Lisa and I ate at the sweet note Cafe in Kenton Ohio the other day. If you have never been there let me do you a favor and suggest you don’t go.
The food there was less than palatable and the service was very questionable.
We were way overcharged for the stuff we ordered.
I got a bowl of stuffed pepper soup, a piece of cornbread, and a half of BLT sandwich.
The soup was nothing more than red colored water and a few grains of rice. If there was any green peppers in it at all or meat or for that matter tomato I couldn’t find it and it was prepared in a microwave.
The BLT sandwich was one strip of bacon with wilted lettuce on one piece of bread cut in half.
The cornbread was a cupcake size serving and seemed if it had been previously frozen.
Lisa ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and sweet potato fries and an apple dumpling.
Again the rap was full of wilted lettuce and stale tasting wrap. The sweet potato chips were flavorless and full of grease. The dumpling was stale and extremely soggy and was also prepared in a microwave and still served at room temperature.
We were charged $35 for this monstrosity of what I could barely call a meal.

I absolutely love everything that comes out of thid establishment. Delicous and high quality homemade food. I love that I can purchase soup by the quart, for a comforting homemade meal for home in a pinch.

This is a cozy little café! It has great soups and sandwiches, and the desserts are tasty! The owner is the sweetest and makes you feel right at home.
Coming here during the afternoon is a lovely break from the busy day! I will continue to come here whenever I’m back in Kenton.

Got a Turkey, Apple, Cheddar panini and a Cuban panini to go. I asked about their desserts and Holly walked me through everything they had available. Paninis were hot (survived a drive home!) and delicious, and the bread pudding was fantastic! Incredibly helpful and friendly service. Will absolutely go back again!

The Sweet Note is new to me and I will highly recommend it . We ordered 3 dozen 60’s themed cookies from her and I couldn’t be happy with how they turned out. I work at Blanchard Place AL in Kenton and our community here absolutely loved them. Thank you again.

A delightful atmosphere in an old building with the owner who is an author, music lover, gracious hostess, and provider of savory, colorful, and tasty assortment of dishes including three soup choices. Definitely targeted for repeat visits.
