This was our first time trying sushi in El Paso since we moved from Houston. The rolls were fantastic as well as the miso soup we received complimentary with our visit! I also loved the small non-sushi dishes for those picky eaters or for littles if you wanted to bring them along! We will definitely be back and continue to support local

The sushi is absolutely amazing! The portions are great, the ingredients are fresh and service is even better. The female waitress that served us was attentive and so polite. The owner, Willie is especially sweet! the vibes and music were also fire. Definitely recommend the tropical salad, Crailtrap, and the Oh Yeah. The fried icecream is delicious, the crust tasted like cereal. Overall a 10/10 experience. 🙂

First time here, great place and great atmosphere. Good menu, interesting takes on sushi. Ordered sushi donuts(what?!)so good perfect crunch, inside was rice, crab, seaweed and cream cheese. Then, as a family, we ordered spicy tuna, spicy crab, rainbow roll and something called a flamed, a fried roll crusted with hot cheetos, overall great food, also had tempura shrimp and finished the meal with fried ice cream, our server was great very patient. Give this place a shot.

With multiple dining options in this Eastlake plaza, I highly recommend stopping by The Sushi Plugg for some delicious food! We were immediately greeted upon arrival, seated quickly, and received great service from the start.
Our server, Mia, was fantastic. She knows the menu very well and made some great recommendations. She was also very attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped off.
We finished our meal with dessert, which was a great way to wrap up the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work, Sushi Plugg!

Im not a fan of sushi but I absolutely love this place. Definitely flavor town. Everyone is so nice and helpful when it comes to the menu and they take all your preferences into account to make sure you get a roll you will like. I think the pricing is decent for the quality of the food compared to other places. I’ve gotten them to go and I’ve eaten in the store and everytime it’s good. Definitely one of my favorite places ↔️

The food at Sushi Plugg was very good—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Even though we had a small issue during our visit, the owner personally stepped in and handled everything really well, which made a big difference. The customer service was just as impressive as the food. We truly appreciated how attentive and professional they were, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

First time dining in, though I’ve ordered takeout plenty of times. The vibe here is awesome — Adventure Time was playing on the TV, skateboards and unique designs were everywhere, and the walls were covered in dope artwork that made the whole place visually fun and inviting.
As a vegan, I really appreciate that they always take care to avoid cross-contamination with animal protein or dairy when making my vegan sushi roll or sushi burrito. This was my first time eating in and my server, Kate, was amazing — great service, good vibes, and great conversation.
One small thing I noticed when eating the other half of my sushi burrito at home (I ate one half at the restaurant and saved the rest to go) — I probably didn’t notice it earlier because I was exhausted — was that the toasted coconut I requested was missing.
Also, I found a bit of mango peel still attached to the mango, and the mango tasted less fresh, likely because it was cut near the seed where it tends to be drier if not perfectly ripe.
Huge thanks as well to the cook on the line for preparing my meal. While it was tasty, I think next time I’d prefer the Chef (owner) to make my dish, as Chefs tend to catch all the little details that make a difference.
I came in right before closing (not on purpose—I just got off work late and wanted a good meal) and Kate gave me zero pressure to rush, but I still tried to be respectful so the team could close on time.
Good energy, nourishing food, and genuinely kind people. 10/10 would recommend —especially for vegans, since not many restaurants make accommodations like this. I look forward to coming back and dining in again. ✨ Thank you!

Asahi beer was delicious, the spicy edamame is a must, shrimp tempura—on point, and the Philly roll never disappoints. My wife loves this place! Kate was amazing..
