This was awful. I ordered the Jalapeño roll. The cream cheese was the consistency of a hard cheese stick. The shrimp tempura was soggy and tasted freezer burned. I also ordered a spicy tuna, did not eat. I did not receive any soy sauce with my ordered that would seem to be standard to send with sushi? Not sure I will try again…

Worst sushi I’ve ever had. Ordered three rolls for lunch and the order came with zero utensils or napkins and two soy sauce packets. The rolls were cut into such small sections they fell apart. If I could give negative stars I would!

Not sure what the food complaints on the reviews are. The food was great. Ordered two rolls, rice, noodles, and some sides. Everything was correct, delicious, and cooked properly. Will be coming here again.

The orders in GrubHub are incorrect. It shows they have a 4.4star rating but here it’s much lower.
I ordered two rolls from Sushi Hoise from grubhub and I’m disappointed in the quality. Honestly, it wasn’t edible. The rolls tasted only like salt, as if I had put a spoon full of salt in my mouth.

Due to food allergies SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR NO GINGER AND NO EEL SAUCE on anything, ordered $70.00 worth of Sushi on Easter Day and all of it was ruined because they put GINGER in every container where the juice from it ran all over the sushi and the smothered several of the rolls in Eel sauce on top of it!! Ordered through Postmates and then couldn’t get anyone in the phone to correct the order. Not to mentioned requested low sodium soy sauce and got none. It’s as if they don’t even look at the orders that have been made. So disappointed and being a business owner with lots of out of state company they just lost business from me for any future orders.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times through uber eats and every time my order is wrong. This most recent time, 2 of the items I ordered were completely missing. For some reason, this facility through uber eats does not offer refunds or even partial refunds on uber eats for messed up orders. I will no longer order from them.
