Possibly THE worst sushi place ever. Its a disgrace to OWA. Came here today july 12. The lady at the counter was super rude. Food comes straight out of microwave. The french fries on my kids werent done at all. Over priced. Paid 55 dollars for two adult plates and a kids chicken finger. They only sell bottle drinks. Possibly THE worst sushi place ever. We are no stranger to Sushi and this place didn’t disappoint at all! Firecracker Roll for the wife and I to share was the perfect balance of yum and spice! We both ordered the Chicken Habachi as well and it was a full portion to fill us with the 1 roll. Our daughters each ordered a seperate roll, Volcano Roll was good, daughter said she didn’t care for the Smokey flavor in the loose crab on top. Other daughter ordered the Super crunch roll and it was delicious and perfectly sized! The plates and silverware (if you don’t use chopsticks) are plastic and the drinks are bottles (no big deal to us). Setup for easy takeout. Smaller cafe style restaurant right next to the MAIN Entrance to OWA.

The food was skimpy & not a true hibachi. My mom had chicken & shrimp hibachi, she received 3 shrimp. The rice was not good. The shrimp fried rice is served with 5 shrimp which is laughable. The chicken was hard. The fried/hibachi rice tasted as if it came from the freezer section. They need to work on serving size & food quality. The menu says that they have chicken or pork dumplings but they only serve pork. Unless they make changes, I wouldn’t eat here.

This is my first time eating here and I was shocked at how small the rolls were. They are about half the size of any other sushi restaurant I Have been to. It was $28 for 2 rolls and a drink and I left still hungry. The sushi was good but in my opinion wasn’t worth the money unfortunately. I doubt I will eat there again.

Delicious, fresh, quality sushi and hibachi grill. The chicken /shrimp fried rice was tasty and the portions were generous.

Very pricy for the amount and quality of the food they serve! It took them at least 40 mins to complete our order because our entrees were served in installments. Very small serving, not the best taste and served in cheap plastic plates. Will never come back!

This was a pretty mediocre sushi joint located in the OWA Downtown area. I’ve had worse but I’ve definitely had better. The food was overall alright while just being VERY bland. The ambiance here was great for a sushi joint while there really wasn’t service it was just like a fast food ordering process. I haven’t seen The Sushi Company open for a long while and there is a sign saying something new is coming… so I have to assume they are out of business?

This was awful. I normally don’t leave reviews but it was plain awful. They served food in cheap plastic plates and bowls, and took 50 minutes or more to get everyone’s food. I ordered sushi and am worried that I will have food poisoning later (we just ate there). My parents got hibachi chicken and they only served like 6 small bite sized pieces of chicken, and it tasted weird. And the shrimp sauce tasted like soap. And the pricing was definitely a rip off for the amount they give you. The restaurant itself was not very clean looking at all. They served you bottled drinks from a cooler.

It was a order grab yourself style. The woman checking us out was rude. A $3 tip was not enough commented snarky like in Asian tone. So I was scared on how we were going to be treated. She went in the back to help with the food. Well she intentionally ignored us didn’t help guide us on where silverware was . They don’t serve you. The Sushi guy seemed nice. He deserved the tip. The food was good. We got two sushi rolls, volcano roll and Hurricane roll, Crab ragoon, spring rolls, shrimp and also a chicken habachi, was around $76. We would’ve tipped more if wasn’t so pushy and that waited on us or at least gave us silverware. This lady is going to hurt the business. Drink price I was charged for the Japanese drinks was $4 before tax each.
