A cute little breakfast shack – would recommend before starting your day! This is our first time going here, and would definitely go back. A nice way to end our weekend stay.

Started off with a special of two little cinnamon rolls topped with a blueberry sauce filling, it was outstanding – I highly recommend!

I got biscuits and gravy shack style – something different that I would never get. It was actually very good! Portion wise was good, and I’m a big eater! For the kids we got them a pancake with scrambled eggs & homies. My son nearly ate his whole pancake!

Atmosphere was cute and cozy. I would recommend going early around 8 AM – as this place can get busy midmorning. Definitely come and get this place a try – it will be worth your wild!

Stopped in on a whim for some coffee after skiing, ended up having a whole lunch. Super fast and friendly place, and the food and coffee just hit the spot. I had Da’ Bomb, a breakfast bowl with a hearty portion of super rich steak and loved it. My wife had the patty melt and said it was great. The onion straws were a great upgrade with the melt and splittable between the both of us.
Total bill was $45, which was super reasonable for all the food and we’re definitely coming back the next time we’re around.

Such a disappointment! After a very long wait for seats we were crammed into table almost touching others. The service is decent but the food is terrible. Somehow the huevos breakfast bowl is packed with raw jalapenos and is still bland. Had to cover it all in salt, pepper and hotsauce to make edible. Others at the table ordered the biscuits and gravy. It is sickeningly sweet and completely disgusting.

Poor quality food. Omelette was particularly disappointing. It was like a rubber overcooked. Stale corn bread. Warmed up potatoes with burnt sides. Burned bacon. “Chorizo” turned out to be just a mild sausage. Pancakes were good enough.

We are repeat offenders to this scrumptious eatery. Always standing room only. Not on Easter morning. We had the whole place to our shelf for a few minutes anyway, it was very enjoyable the staff is happy and welcoming! The food was super delicious and served hot and fast as always. The portions on our breakfast bowls were shocking, and in a world of shrinkflation, I swear they bowl was bigger than last year. I’m always glad to go back!

The greatest challenge with Sunrise Shack maybe just getting a table, but once you have one you will not be disappointed. My wife and I love their breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and egg benedicts. I really love the Smoked Salmon Benedict when they have it. Nice smoke salmon with perfectly cooked egg and with a very tasty holiday sauce on a crispy grilled English muffin. I also love the Jackpot omelet too, but ask to replace tomatoes with mushrooms, my version. And the Anadama toast is just awesome! The only negative thing I have noted, is some times the sausage patties have random buckshot(hard pieces) but have a nice spicy.

Prices are bit expensive and for some reason the potatoes that came with our sandwiches came out of the kitchen black. Not sure who would eat that! Sandwich was good and my kid enjoyed the pancakes.

Proceed at your own discretion to the Shack. We went for breakfast expecting the usual we’ve become accustomed to the last 18 years. Sadly it fell far short. Note that the dining room was not busy when we arrived nor did it become busy after we ordered. The omelet was heavy on mushrooms and tomatoes and very sparing on the proteins. The bacon was a hazard. Keep in mind we specifically asked for extra crispy bacon as we do not like the bacon rubbery. It was undercooked, rubbery, and some pieces were actually refrigerator cold when we received our plates. The garlic was not even sliced or minced. There were about 8 whole pieces in the omelet. I chose the the blueberry muffin bread as one of options with my plate and was surprised it carried an extra charge that was not communicated by the wait staff. The home fries were bland at best. They were on the cold side and looked like boiled potatoes that were squashed once on the plate. The bill was left on the table as we finished our plates- which we didn’t finish obviously. A short time later a woman came by and said I’ll leave this here when you’re ready- putting down the cc device and just standing there staring at us. We asked if cash was acceptable and she said yes and walked away. Very odd behavior as this has never happened at any place we have dined at when we visit the valley every year. Sadly, it isn’t the same place it used to be. The wait staff was mediocre and the food was subpar.

What can I say, my son and I love this place, especially for breakfast! In 3 visits, we ordered 15 breakfast meals, just to try as much as we could, we didn’t leave a crumb behind! They truly make breakfast unique here! Staff was awesome, atmosphere was great! Expect a wait, but once you get in, try the unique offerings! You won’t be disappointed!

Found this awesome place via Yelp and was impressed with the reviews. So decided for my family of five to check this out before heading to tubing. The wait was about 20 mins but the hostess asked if we can split our family between a table of two and three of us. Kids were hungry so I said yes! Turned out fine as my girls had their space. My son loves sitting between me and his daddy. All happy.

Our waitress was awesome and food came in pretty quick. Other employees were also so nice and smiling. The place is very clean including the restroom.

My biscuits and gravy were so flavorful. My two kids and Hubby loved their flapjacks. My oldest daughter loved her French toast and other food she’s ordered.

Overall, all five stars. We come up here from Boston every February, so this will be definitely be one of our regular stop in the future.
