It’s the only breakfast spot in town. The food is very plain. The hashbrowns are awful depending on how you like them. They do have a wide variety of homemade pies, but I have not had one.

One of the best breakfast places in the San Luis Valley! Rhoda makes some great food and AMAZING pies, cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, and maple rolls. I get the Sunflour Special for breakfast. It isn’t fancy, but it’s YUMMY and it’s hearty so it’ll keep you going all morning long! Great coffee and they use local ingredients, including Haefeli Honey from Del Norte, CO.

Went in at noon and the woman at the counter was incredibly rude and told me they were closed. Made an effort to make me feel awkward and bad for coming in when their hours on a Saturday are posted on the front door that they’re open until 2. Not impressed by how they treat customers, especially when food is pricey. That’s the last time I go there!
