The food here is mediocre. Pretty standard bar/grill food. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger and the duck wings and I had the broccoli cheese soup and the giant pretzel. The cheese sauce with the pretzel was flavorless unfortunately. This place is still good to go after you’ve had a day on the slopes or tubing to have a beer and warm up which is why I gave it four stars. The service was also great.

My first ever 1-star review. Ordered takeout from The Summit. One of us got the $25 Duck Breast which included 4 small pieces of duck. We also were missing part of our order. Poor customer service when we let them know about the missing part of our order.

If your eating in this restaurant it’s great. We had great service and great food. We went back for take out another night. Absolutely terrible!!!!! They did not give an estimated time and instead said they would text me. They never text me at all. When I finally called they did not say they texted they just said it’s done. I got the food and it was ice cold from where they let it sit for so long. I emailed them about this and they replied with a snarky email lying and saying they texted me 3 times and going as far to lie and accuse me of sitting at the bar having drinks before I took my food. None of that happened at all!!!!

Outstanding restaurant. Good food and good service. I like to check in every visit I make. All the food is good but the classic cheese burger always hits my spot.

Drinks are on point and very consistent. Try out the Kentucky Mule served with Bullet Bourbon – delicious! We also had a few different appetizers and all were good – food service is a bit already slow (15-20 minute wait) but there were lots of orders – drink up, it’s worth the wait.

Wow. What a great dinner. We stayed about 30 minutes from here and picked it up. It was still hot when we got to the house and there were no leftovers. 3 of our group ordered the friend chicken and still hasn’t stopped talking about it. Worth the trip just for that!

I have been skiing at Big Bear for years, and I’ve never gone to this restaurant. The idea of a really good restaurant at a local ski area never occurred to me. Don’t let the dated appearance stop you. This place was GREAT! The portion size was perfect, the food was delicious, and the help was incredible! Will definitely go again.

Man, I feel like I got duped. First off the view was amazing. That being said. The food was horrible and overpriced. The first warning sign was that when they brought out the food it was wrapped in tinfoil, no plates. It was 15 dollars for a sausage and didn’t come come with anything else. It’s pretty much stadium food at stadium prices. Skip it and bring a picnic to the top of the mountain.
