Went to the UPS. I was there right at 3pm on a Sunday. They close at 3pm. The employee was kind and professional. Processed my package with a smile. He could have told me they were closed but he didn’t. He said, Come on it it is fine. Was very nice.

I ordered the Mediterranean bowl removing only one ingredient and adding extra to a few others not only did they get it right two days in a row, it was also ready on time both days. For the price that you pay….. Chipotle keeps skimping on the servings. When you ask the employees for more, they act like they will get in trouble if they did. Numerous times I was serves stale chips that they had prepared or shall I say tasted like they were from the previous day. No matter how nice I’ve been to them and use manners, the servers still act like they don’t to be there, that you’re bothering them, and are not always pleasant.

Borderline discriminatory and aggressive behavior from the manager(???) prior to ordering at our last visit escalated to the said manager and coworkers following us out of the establishment threatening us. A call to their corporate was of course unfruitful. There are other Chipotles around thankfully with less “young and cocky” workers.

This place is horrible. They run out of items every single day. They say chicken is not available due to supply/ chain issue but in reality that is not correct. I drove to short pump and other place to check. They have all available. This place has serious management issues.
