I get it, first day of opening, it’s chaotic. But the employees are beyond rude. We were one of the first people here. They skipped over my number. And when I asked she said we are still working on it and slammed the window closed. . Even though my order was on the counter. They hand me mine and it’s wrong, so then they proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. Then said they would make me a new one. Well they didn’t. Instead they just gave me someone else’s order (who left because he got tired of waiting and they did his order wrong also, and when he told them she snatched it back and shut the window in his face). Which was disgusting. So basically I wasted money and my order went in the trash. I get it, orders get messed up, but the rudeness was unacceptable. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here after today.

Absolutely love this gem in downtown Jasper. They have so many delicious and unique sweet treats that’ll keep you coming back to try the many combinations your mind can concoct. From a birthday cake milkshake topped with donuts, to a pickle flavored shaved ice (you guessed it, a pickle is included). Take your kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews because The Sugar Shack is open only during the spring and summer. You don’t wanna miss your chance to experience what they have to offer.

I love this little business! The people are extremely friendly and their stuff is delicious. My only complaint would be parking. They stay so busy it’s hard to park. Some of the items are a bit pricey but worth it
