I arrived 45 after I called and my food was waiting on the counter. I felt my bag of $40 worth of food was pretty light weight but I was still excited to try the food. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and my food was COLD and the brisket was DRY! Picture is what I got for $18.99 nothing else was included. I will not be going back.

Used to be an awesome BBQ restaurant, once upon a time. Quality of food went downhill since the restaurant was sold to a new owner. I’ve been there at least 3 times since then, and each time it legit got worse. 5+ years ago, The Still had the best ribs in town. Not anymore, unfortunately. Tastes like old meat, and a completely different recipe. The BBQ sauce is not even a shadow of its former self.
Service is fine, and the people seem friendly enough. I’m not one of those reviewers who just wants to trash everything about the place. All I care about is the food. And I’m sorry to say it’s… not good.

This place has new owners and it shows. 3 years ago, the food here was very good. And, the service was warm and welcoming. Not so much now. We both became ill after eating their chicken. The drinks taste like well water and have this strange smell to them now. The salads are wilted and brown. The service is not welcoming (they’re actually quite judgmental), and traditionally good dishes taste of poor quality. If you’re new to this place, you’ll like it. But, for those of us who’ve visited before the change of ownership, you’ll taste the difference. Sad to lose another option for good food in Bartlett.

So delicious! Today I ordered the pitchfork salad with a cup of chili and a strawberry lemonade (alcoholic with moonshine). It was all amazing.
Husband ordered cream of chicken soup with slider trio. Also amazing.
The outside of the building also smelled great, like smoking meats

MUST AVOID new owner has completely destroyed what was once a great place to have a meal. We ordered the fish today and asked for extra lemon I was told I wasn’t allowed more then 2 little wedges as lemons are really expensive. I would of happily paid for extra but instead our server went and got the new owner who was extremely rude. He also stated that lemon isn’t served with fish at any restaurant. So clearly he doesn’t know what he is doing. The drinks tasted like watered down alcohol. Likely to save on cost. My friends burger was gross tasted of old meat. The new owner expresses the high class of his new restaurant all over his website but infact I think this is a place destined for the landfill. Sad to see him tarnish an established place. We will not be back.

We went here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. It looks like a dive from the outside and could use some new decor and declutering up by the front door when you walk in but holy smokes, who cares when the food is that good. I had the slider trio and it was so dang good and my husband had the fried honey chicken sandwich with coleslaw and pickles and it was so fresh and light and crisp. I had the peach moonshine drink which was also so good. We will definitely be returning.

When I crave foods I crave barbecue! This restaurant filled many of those needs. Our bad was getting a waiter that was young and inexperienced. Everything on the menu went through my mind. I did a pick allowing me to join a couple of my favorites, catfish and barbecue pork. Then I listened to others talking to their waitress and I was so jealous. They too were trying it out for first. She was giving some suggestions. Food was great! I’ll come back to sample some other things. Hopefully we’ll get better waitress or waiter improves. Two other things it is a little pricey and dark. They finally turned on the lights.

We checked out this place out last night for the first time under the new owners. The place was packed which is always a good sign! We had fried pickles, burnt ends, beef brisket (so tender!) and pulled pork! Everything was delicious! And the service was great! We’ll be back!

My family and I have dined at The Still Bar and Grill on several occasions. The last time we went it was just hubby and I. We split the Nashville Nachos which were amazing!!! We decided to split a BBQ platter (and considering the size of the appetizer we probably should have skipped it) and it was also good but we were in a nacho induced coma. I’ve ordered their chicken fingers multiple times and they are excellent. My kiddos like the Mac and cheese (I found it a little watery and under seasoned). We hope that this gem can eventually expand because we want to ensure it stays a Bartlett staple for a long time.
