Opened in 1969, it has always provided high quality food, beverage and genuine hospitality to our treasured guests. Our diverse clientele is the backbone to our success. My significant other and I went to dinner here the other night and it was AMAZING! We both ordered the strip steak and Marsala! Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Atmosphere and employees were very nice and the owner was so so sweet! We will definitely be back!!

Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. The restaurant had just opened for the day, so I was the only customer at the time. My server Olivia was very pleasant and patient with us. She showed herself friendly available. The food was delicious. Stuffed Banana Peppers and poutine fries for the win.

Shared an evening meal with some friends and was overall very impressed by the experience. The seating area was very class with a gastro-pub feel. The vegan Alfredo I ordered one serving of to split with my partner and they separated it into 2 dishes under one charge for us. It was the perfect portion size this way. I’m not vegan but that dish is delicious. Also enjoyed the crème brûlée pictures below. I will happily return in the future!

Atmosphere and staff were very nice but service was slow, extremely slow. Food was priced well but as far as taste, it was a fail, not seasoned at all. Both me and my friend ordered different items, the strip steak and the Cajun Alfredo . Steak was cooked to perfection but lacked any seasonings at all .. not even a little salt and pepper. Truly a shame , will not be returning.

Very excellent service! The staff was all very welcoming. Brooklyn our waitress, was super sweet and very knowledgable.
They have a wide selection of food. The old menu item the Elvis was delicious. Who knew bananas, peanut butter, honey, bacon, cheese and a burger would all go together so well!
The atmosphere was great and full of old touches of Buffalo history hanging up as decor.
Great place to dine, host events it appears to as well. Will be back again soon!

Haven’t seen my friend Tucker in awhile, think he’s down in Florida. He has changed the nature of his restaurant several times, and I like his menu. I had firewood chicken, fried avocado, and took rum cake and a vegan raspberry cheesecake dessert home for later!

My family and I decided to take a trip to Buffalo, New York and stumbled upon The Steer. And i ordered the “3151 Steak Sandwich” and honestly, I think it was the best steak sandwich I’ve ever had!! The service was astounding!! Lots of seating, with beautiful decor, and nice clean bathrooms. The kitchen is mostly open so you can see the chefs cooking from the bar. Seeing the chefs so dedicated and intricate with their work is quite reassuring because you know your food is cooked with love and care. Me and my family are so happy we found this restaurant, it’s been an honor to dine here, Thank you ‘The Steer’!

They deserve 0 star if that was an option. Horrible customer service. I ordered wings for eat-in and waited for more than an hour before I requested cancellation of my order. The waitress came to me and told the order was ready while I was about to leave but I did not want the order. Then the chef came from inside and forced me to pay for the order as well as claiming that the order was prepared within time. I paid to avoid scene cuz it was my friend’s birthday.
