Great spot about 14 miles off of HWY 90 in a small town called Philip. They had a nice bar with lots of seating and a large dining room. It was clean and staff was friendly. They had a good selection of options on the dinner menu with fish, chicken, shrimp, & steak. We shared the Ribeye steak which was thick and cooked perfectly to our request. The loaded potato was yummy and James our server did a great job taking care of us!!

Told my server Del that I’m a restaurant critic before I ordered. Had the salad bar and baked potatoe for my side. Salad bar was crisp but limited. Baked potatoe was smaller than a tennis ball. (Hard to get a good size potatoe in South Dakota?) My sirloin steak was perfectly prepared and super tender, which contrasted nicely with the dried out dinner roll. Great steak but everything else was mediocre. Believe the owners were sitting at the bar. Guess it would be too much to have them ask their customers how things are.

The staff were very kind and friendly. Food was delicious. Salad bar was limited but adequate. Had a little trouble with food allergies, but they corrected the problem promptly.

We had a birthday for my aunt a couple weeks ago. The food was delicious! I really enjoyed my meal. My 2 and 5 year olds even ate quite a bit, which is a feat in itself.

Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. We picked our own table and our waitress came right out to take our drink order. I ordered a patty melt and my husband ordered a steak. He said it was the best steak he had ever had! Great atmosphere and service!!
