Great little spot to fuel up with some healthy, fresh treats as we reached the end of the Kancamagus Highway. We really enjoyed our smoothie bowls, a scone, a cookie, and a smoothie. The lunch options also sounded fantastic, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients at the heart of everything they do. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for something light and nutritious. The service was quick and friendly, and the relaxed atmosphere made it all the more enjoyable.

This was a delicious repeat stop on vacation. The cafe provided a comfortable space to grab a coffee, pastry, smoothie, sandwich, or salad that is 100% VEGAN and gluten free. Something for everyone except for the person that refuses to eat vegan.
The breakfast sandwich and salad bowls made great to go lunches. The chicken and Waffles (tofu) was enough for 2 people.
It has a dedicated parking lot and cozy seating inside.

I LOVE the bistro. My whole family orders from them for all of our holidays and birthdays they have the most delicious food all gluten free and vegan which is very hard to find. My whole family has a lot of dietary restrictions so it is hard to find places to eat that we actually enjoy. The staff is so friendly! The food is delicious,filling, and healthy and you can’t even tell it’s vegan and gluten free. We love it so much that we live an hour and a half away and still go there all the time. Best restaurant ever if you do not like their food your taste buds are broken and I am deeply sorry for you. 5 stars no notes. Go to the station bistro.

Came here on a whim when visiting from northern VT. When going in I knew it was dedicated Gluten Free (a celiacs DREAM) but didnt know it was all vegan also. The owner and all her staff were kind and patient with me and my family as we made decisions and asked questions about the bakery. Though I havent tried everything we bought, I havent been disappointed in a single item ive tries thus far. Including the Vegan Cheesecake which was truly delicious and didnt stand a chance against my boyfriend. I will most Definitely be visiting when in the area again! I didn’t plan on spending almost 70 dollars on pastries while away for the weekend, but it was worth EVERY penny. (We bought more than whats pictured FYI)

This place is an absolute must when visiting the Conway/North Conway, and nearby areas of New Hampshire. We were visiting from Massachusetts and on our way back home we stopped there for food and pastries.
We had the hibiscus and lavender tea (refreshing), the Hangover tofu scramble, the kick ass burrito, and the crispy chicken burrito and oh mah gahhh … to die for! Flavors and textures come together to play in your mouth and make this a delicious experience.
We could not leave without some pastries for the road, and those did not disappoint.
Next year when we visit the area, we’ll visit The Station Bistro again.

First time visiting and I have to say it was good! Breakfast sandwich was tasty and I had a Peach-Ginger magnesium infused drink that was delicious. Good stop for gluten free bakery items in a nice comfortable setting

Vegan heaven in a not so vegan friendly area!!! Thank YOU for having an amazing breakfast spot in this area! Super cute & cozy all vegan spot! We enjoyed a breakfast before venturing out in the area! The vegan breakfast biscuit was to DIE for! The biscuit was so dense, buttery & so filling! The bacon, egg & cheese just completed it! They also offered a wonderful mouth watering dessert case. The chocolate cookie dough sandwich was SOOOOO good! The cookie was dense, moist & stuffed with cookie dough on the inside! Staff was super friendly, place had the best vibes, really yummy food & adorable decor! What a gem in the area! Solid good vegan comfort food is where it’s at & The Station Bistro delivered!

I stopped into The Station Bistro on a whim, as the other bakery I stopped at did not have any pastries ready at the time, and honestly I went there based on appearance of the pastries only..
So coming from somebody who is neither vegan or gluten-free, I would still go to this restaurant again, 100%!
Everything was delicious and the drink I got was perfect!
I tried the Lavender Haze Lemonade and out of the (6) pastries we tried the blackberry scone and strawberry rhubarb tart were my favorites!

WOW what a gem of a place! A safe haven for us Celiacs. The smoothie was to die for! I had the Island Breeze, so tasty and creamy . I LOVE the unique food, tator tots with grilled veggies over lettuce??? Heck yeah was so good.
