First time here. I love little diners so this place was great. It is nice to have a different option to choose from close to home. My husband ordered a burger loaded with a fried egg (and all kinds of other toppings), and I ordered the steak sandwich. Both came with French fries. I have to say the thing I liked the most was our server. I dont know her name but she was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. We were given a lunch and dinner menu. I am not sure if they serve breakfast but it would be great if they did. Prices were reasonable but I did feel that the pie and cake prices were a little high. Im sure we will go back and I hope they do well.

Everything was perfect! The wife and I ordered some pasta came out great the sauce was great noodles nice and tender. The house salad has a nice crispness to it. Our waitress an older gal was very friendly very warm and if your like me and you love pasta the portions are great!! I wish I was a local I’d eat here every day. This Buckeye gives this lovely little dinner 10s across the board.

Went a bit out of the way to get here because the reviews looked great. We ordered a fried pickles appetizer about 15 minutes before we ordered meals. They didn’t come until after our meals which also took a bit. I ordered the turkey dinner with mashed potato’s, Mac n cheese and it came with fried stuffing. The turkey was good. Mac cold and the fried stuffing just tasted like oil.
I really truly was ready to love this place, but I didn’t eat any of the pickles and only part of my meal. I left disappointed and hungry.

We waited well over an hour for our food. The table behind us apparently got half of our order and had to wait longer for it to be prepared again. My burger was just okay and fries were cold. When the other half of order came out the Philly steak and fries were hot. Philly Sandwich was good.. The counter service was poor and had to go to counter to get drink refills. Certainly not worth the wait.

You pull into the street thinking you won’t find anything but then you see this tiny diner and it’s clean, and friendly. The food was so dang good!!! I wish I lived closer to eat their food more often! But I know I’ll be back. We ordered the steak sub, a salad, a gauneka burger and by golly it was so good, we will dream about it for months to come! Stop here because it’s so worth it!

The wife said it was one of the best burgers she had ever had. Fries were great. I had the steak sandwich which was really good. The bread especially was great. I had the peanut butter pie and it was a great ending to a great meal.

I found the staff to be friendly and attentive and the food portions were ample and delicious. The French fries are hand cut, sea salted perfection. Just a block away from Rt. 60, it’s a hidden gem.
