Food was great. Service was not. Waited 35 mins before ordering drinks, waited over two hours before seeing our food. However I will say the owner came out and spoke with me about our bad service and made it right. Because of her dedication I would try the restaurant again.

Our experience at this restaurant was exceptional from start to finish. The service was flawless—friendly, attentive, and perfectly paced. Special thanks to our server Mike, who was both professional and warm, making us feel right at home.

The wine list was a standout. Thoughtfully curated and exciting, with a sommelier who was knowledgeable without being the least bit condescending—a refreshing and enjoyable touch.

And the food – absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every dish was a perfect balance of flavor and artistry.

We had a lovely time and can’t wait to return!

A Culinary Gem That Exceeds Expectations

Having dined at many exceptional restaurants, we can confidently say that Station 100 sits firmly at the top of our list. Admittedly, we were a bit skeptical upon walking in, as the space carries a cozy, homey vibe rather than the sleek, modern aesthetic often associated with fine dining. But any doubts were quickly erased by the impeccable service and food that went beyond all expectations — a true 12/10 experience.

We started with espresso martinis that were perfectly crafted, setting the tone for the evening. From there, we indulged in tender, flavorful scallops that left us eagerly anticipating what was next. Opting for the 5-course holiday meal, we were delighted with every single course. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with flavors that harmonized in a way that only masterful culinary skill can achieve.

When it came time to choose a wine, we wanted to try something new. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations that led us to a choice we thoroughly enjoyed. Their knowledge and attentiveness elevated the dining experience even further.

If you’re seeking a true fine dining experience where every detail is considered — from the first sip to the final bite — Station 100 is the place to be. It’s a rare combination of warmth, hospitality, and culinary excellence that will leave you already planning your next visit.

We had the 4 course Valentines meal. Steak was delicious (just very small), the salmon frittata was mediocre, the raviloi tasted like they dumped a packet of ramen noodle flavoring in there and it was disgusting, & the desert (not pictured) was good. The presentation by the chef was beautiful Our bill was around 175$. They even added a $5 credit card charge and said they would take it off if we paid cash. I’d rather have that 5 go to the waiter. The waiter we had was awesome and wish I remembered his name. Would be nice if they had gluten free and dairy free options. As an overall experience in my opinion its just not worth it.

Now don’t go and say I wasn’t there, my name wasn’t on the reservation, my friends was.

Food was good but didn’t really justify the price. Service was terrible. We were seated and ordered and then sat for over an hour! Watching two other couples come in and get their food and go before we were even served!!! Then we finally got our food and sat for another half hour after we were done waiting to get our bill. We wanted more wine. We wanted something sweet to enjoy after the meal… nothing completely ignored us. I’m 54. First time in my life I walked out without leaving a tip. Not a good Valentine’s Day experience! Really disappointed!!

Long wait. Over priced. Food was not worth the price. Both me and my husband were on the toilet an hour after dinner. Eh would not return but that’s us. Dinner for 2 people was $150.

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and really enjoyed the service of the dining room. We ended up staying a little longer than we had anticipated which was two hours.

As for the food, the plating alone was great! When it came to flavor we found some menu items having us feel as if they were bland. We enjoyed the soups, and salads but the Wellington and the fillet were a little bland. The pastry on the Wellington could have been more crisp for enjoyment.

Sadly, such a disappointing experience. There must have been a staffing shortage or something bizarre happening at this establishment the night we visited. We had a reservation for Valentine’s Day and arrived at the same time as 4 other couples who also had reservations. The host did not say “hello,” “welcome,” or even smile. Simply, “do you all have reservations?? Yes? Who was here first?” Then rolled his eyes, let out a puff of air and rubbed his face, letting us know it would be a minute.

We were sat in the back room by the galley and the entire night we could here staff yelling, “I need a pumpkin soup on the fly,” “large table at #9 firing,” or (my personal favorite), “in about 10 seconds I’m gonna puke.”

The tables around us remained dirty throughout the evening and were used as the dirty dish station for plates taken from mine and other tables.

When asking the difference between dry-aged and traditional ribeye the same host, who was now our waiter, offered little to no insight except that the dry-aged is “beefier,” so I went with the traditional cooked medium rare. It came out 45 minutes later, cold and very rare.

We decided to forego the desert and asked for our check. We were brought the wrong bill that was $100 more than ours. It took so long for anyone to come back, that my date walked up to the galley register to get it corrected. The kicker was we could hear staff whispering about someone who had to talk to a table that was upset, and on the way out, we caught a glimpse of said diner speaking quite angrily with who I can only assume is the head chef/manager/owner.

For a restaurant that promotes fine Italian wine and dining, with the price tag what it is, you set a certain expectation for your guests: Pleasant, welcoming employees who are knowledgeable of the menu, a soft, clean atmosphere, and food appropriately cooked to order. I’m personally hoping this was just a night that multiple employees called off or some other fluke that can explain it, but overall a memorable Valentine’s Day for all the wrong reasons.
