Our kitchen utilizes the freshest local ingredients from the extensive fresh daily raw bar and dry aged steaks to the classic Standard Burger and shoestring fries. The classics updated and perfected. Evoking the feeling of old New York the raucous main dining room features a copper penny tile floor, cozy curved booths and a barrel vaulted ceiling. The front room and street side bistro is a bright tiled space with café curtains and a white oak bar, the perfect place to try a specialty cocktail or fresh oysters and charcuterie.

This restaurant was LIFE changing. Everything from the service, food and dessert was a 10/10. I can’t get how beautiful the interior is, so aesthetic and vintage vibes.
I definitely recommend getting the espresso martini. The mushroom risotto was delicious as well. Can’t forget dessert, the cookies were so warm and gooey.
I can’t recommend this place enough for special occasions or a night out.

Surprisingly good for a place better known as a trendy hangout than for the food. The wedge salad was amazing, so was the duck and scallops. Service was great, and the atmosphere very relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!

Totally caught off guard when we walked into this location 2 weekends ago with my wife for valentine weekend. She actually was craving oysters and honestly I think god just placed us at the right place , at the right time because holy cow! Amazing atmosphere and service from just walking into the place. The place is a place for breakfast , lunch and dinner. They literally have the restaurant broken up into different sections but they go together so seemingly. Check out the bathroom floor lol it’s really cool design.

This place surprised me, they were overburdened with the holiday rush but they handled it so well keeping their calm. Ian was able to get us seated and was very patient with all the holiday crowd, great guy.
Our server matthew was exceptional, took care of our add-ons and checked on everything for us.
The food, the eggs benedict’s and the burrito we tried were both pretty good and filling.

Loved this place! Since we stayed at the Standard Hotel on Christmas, we decided to enjoy our dinner at the grill. It was at the bottom floor of the hotel so we didn’t need to leave, which was the whole point. It just so happened that The Standard Grill was also a great place to have Christmas dinner. I enjoyed a delicious burger and my husband loved the steak. It was paired well with the sauce that it came with on the side (can’t remember what kind of sauce it was). The fries that came with my burger were so good he had to get his own serving. The waiter was friendly and everything he recommended was a hit! We weren’t near a TV so we watched the Christmas game on our phone, but that wasn’t a problem for us at all. We requested a booth when we made the reservation and we got one, it was like a nice cozy corner to ourselves. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous and classy. I saw they have a photo booth as well but we were too full and tired to try it, but I would love to visit again and try it out!

A wonderful dinner with friends for a birthday surprise. The staff were amazing at helping me surprise a friend for her birthday (we even got a cake and candle complimentary for her too which was PERFECT!!) The food was amazing and reasonably priced for how delicious it was. Thank you so much guys, I’ll be highly recommending dining here to others. ❤️

Wonderful outside atmosphere. The chicken and waffles were okay. The chicken was quite dry, but the breading was crispy. The huevos rancheros and eggs benedict were amazing, according to my girlfriend, but I did not factor them into my review, because this is my review.

We had a great brunch at The Standard Grill, the place looks delicious like the food they serve. Wonderful neighborhood vibes from the High Line and Meatpacking District area. The ambience and the service were superb and we definitely will go back whenever in New York again.

This restaurant is pricey so our expectations were high. We traveled across town too so again our expectations were high but it was fine. Just fine. Service was slow which was disappointing because again this isn’t a midpoint place but it was a Monday night and that may have explained the light attention. Pork chop was exceptional but other dishes ordered were just fine. Rock shrimp scampi and steak were not memorable.

The main dining room is a beautifully decorated space. It’s perfect for an intimate dinner for 2 with view of the open kitchen. The bathrooms are spectacular. The food is delicious. Our server Austin was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, made great suggestions and gave the best service that was friendly, charming yet unobtrusive. Hostess , Issy, was very welcoming. Definitely would recommend. 10/10
