We ate at The Stables Friday Dec. 19. What an awful experience. The food was acceptable. The waitress had to come back to our table 5 times to clarify items on the order. All of which was not a huge deal. The waitress wrote the order down wrong and one of our people got a rib eye instead of the salmon she ordered. She finally got her salmon when the rest of us were done eating. When the bill came, she asked if she could get a discount because of the mistake the waitress made. The owner, Wendy, came out to talk to us, It turns out they would still be charging for the rib eye which was 34 instead of 22. Wendy, the owner, pretty much called everyone at our table liars and said she was going to believe her waitress and charge us for the rib eye instead of the salmon which was what was ordered. I have never been treated so awful and disrespectfully in a restaurant and I have been to a lot. I was a restaurant manager for awhile and wouldn’t dream of treating customers the way we were treated.

Was told it was a 10 minute wait, 30 minutes later they tell us it’s going to be a lot longer, another couple comes in at that time 45 minutes before their reservation and they get seated immediately.
