First, Lynn, the Owner, had such a bright light when I called to place my order for pick up. She gave me great suggestions – which I took heed of and ordered accordingly. Upon walking in, Virginia welcomed me with the same bright light.
The selective menu is packed with an impressive variety of juices, smoothies, and bowls, all made from the finest plant-based ingredients. Whether you’re a long-time Vegan or just someone looking to eat cleaner, The Squeeze has something for everyone. Their juice blends are both creative and delicious, with bold, natural flavors that leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
I recommend any of the lemonades, yet I got both the Lavender and Ginger Lemonades, both were so refreshing. Same for the Vegan Burger – their homemade veggie patty and mayo was delicious.
Nestled in a quaint strip mall, this fast-casual Vegan eatery offers a great selection of dishes—veggie burgers, bowls, desserts, and fresh/craft-made juices. You absolutely can’t beat the low prices.

What a delightful place! We are traveling through and I didn’t want to compromise my health. My research led me here. The food and pleasant atmosphere has made us determined to return for breakfast! The owner tantalised us with good food in our bellies and with a delicious-sounding breakfast menu. Out of many wonderful choices, how will I choose tomorrow? If you are local and haven’t tried it, you are missing out!

This is the best vegan food I’ve ever had!!!! We were driving through on i20, and found this place for lunch. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! We got the burger, burrito, tomato sandwich, and a KV smoothie, the cucumber pasta salad, and two lemonades (ginger and lavender). Every single thing was PHENOMENAL! I would get every single thing again, and I want to work my way through the whole menu! The recipes are so thoughtfully developed and just so delicious. I never would have thought the best vegan food would be in Vicksburg but alas! It is!!!
The owner is also the SWEETEST PERSON!!!!!!! They provided me with recommendations for everything (the menu is extensive!!) and it was all perfect. They went so far above and beyond to provide the best service and experience possible- they even saw we had a dog with us, and moved a table and chairs out to the sidewalk for us to enjoy our meal.
I am now a lifelong fan of The Squeeze and Lynn (the owner). This is a MUST VISIT spot- I can’t wait to be back!!!!!!

Holy mess, The Squeeze is a BLESSING! We were driving through and this was the best looking option. It turned out to be the best food we ate between AZ to NC.
WE GOT: Loaded Burrito, Vicks Burger, tomato Mayo sandwich, KV Smoothie, pasta salad, ginger lemonade, lavender lemonade. EVERYTHING was delicious and tasted like the recipes were worked on diligently by a vegan coven for eons leading to this dangerously addictive food!

I just left and had to share my exceptional experience! The hospitality and customer service were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the young lady who greeted me was professional, friendly, and had a great attitude. The KV smoothie with peach was amazing! The staff also went above and beyond by offering me a sample of the Sour Patch flavor, which I loved. I’m definitely coming back for more!

The owners are nice and friendly. I am vegan and wanted to try The Squeeze. The food is very delicious and eye catching. I will be going back again. They have many blends of smoothies, which I finished before taking pic. I love the touch of putting the scripture on the cup. If you are looking for somewhere that has great alternatives, give them a try.

I don’t know what the bigger delight was: the incredibly friendly and helpful service (Lynn is a gem!) or the amazing food. Greeted warmly, walked thru the menu when I said it was first time in. Got a peach mango smoothie and the burrito bowl. While I was at first surprised by the apparent size of the bowl, it was packed tight and full of but the taste, come on now! It was so so good, serviced with Tostito chips to scoop or just eat by the fork full. I am so happy I tried The Squeeze and I will be back to work my way thru the rest of the menu as quickly as possible.
