Everything I’ve tried has been really good! Soups, salads, and sandwiches specials are my favorite. One of the few places I know where you can’t go wrong no matter what you choose! They have tea and coke products. You can eat your lunch while looking out at the historic downtown square.
Plus this is an update. I love the cheeseburger philly and chicken noodle soup. I can get like 90% of the specials and they’re fantastic!
Update again January 25 you have to try the chili wow! I also had the steak fajita wrap which was spectacular!

Just one person on a grill cooking, I would not even call it a kitchen. I ordered the Philly cheese steak I was very Skeptical from what I saw inside the restaurant. The cook was working their butt off but food was a little slow coming out. They used Pretzel bread for the sandwich But you know what it really worked well. The sandwich was delicious and amazing. The portion was just right, I kinda wish there was more so I could enjoy it longer. Friendly cashier and helpful. Good job on the grill also. If im ever in the area again I will be back.

On a road trip, needed lunch. We happened upon this interesting little spot, went inside and ordered some Italian sandwiches with potato soup. Oh my goodness, that was the best sandwich I’ve had in a very long time…absolutely delicious!! Plus excellent customer service…what a find!!

My husband and I went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Friendly service as soon as you walk in the door, and the menu selections are very clear. Unfortunately they had sold out of what I came for, the broccoli cheese soup, but I ended up getting a shrimp po boy with kale salad and my husband got the dorito salad.
I ate all of my kale salad first because it was SO good. The po’ boy was delicious and loaded down with filling. My husband didn’t care much for his dorito salad (it had some kind of dip or dressing in the middle that he didn’t like) so we swapped half way through the meal and he loved the sandwich. Will definitely recommend and I took a menu so I can order takeout at work!

Located in a small community on the town square, this is a true Midwestern dining experience. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with the smells and sounds of fresh food sizzling on the grill and friendly service. The menu is small but there is plenty to choose from no matter what you’re in the mood for. I ordered the jalapeño Philly wrap which was delightful. All of the ingredients were fresh and the steak was grilled perfectly. The server suggested I try the pasta salad and he was not wrong. It is very heavy on the Italian dressing (which I love) and I easily could’ve ate a whole bucket of just that. Very happy I tried this place and I will definitely be back!
