Pricy, but healthy! My wife ordered the Sweet Green Juice, she liked it. Wasn’t too sweet, good morning drink. I got the superfood energy bites with the Purple plant protein smoothie. You can taste the health in this health food. The energy bites are delicious, they taste like a desert more than anything. $30 before tip for these three items, definitely not a cheap spot for breakfast but you get what your pay for.

Sprouts kitchen is a must stop if in the area! I cant’t stop thinking about all of their menu items. While I don’t have any dietary restrictions ALL of their options are vegan and some are even gluten free!! I have visited a handful of times and it has yet to disappoint. Today my sister and I ordered the carrot “lox” bagel, “the works” bagel with some modifications, and the green smoothie. While it may be a little pricey, the ingredients and service will always compensate!

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for the past few years. The food is so pleasant and satisfying that it often highlights my day after a long shift at work. It’s very quiet here as well so if St. George Street ever gets to be too much, then it’s a nice place to quietly sit while waiting for your food. It’s very clear that the owner and the others that work here have put in an enormous amount of effort and care into carving out this little piece of heaven in downtown.

Hand down the best place for a snack in downtown Saint Augustine. The smoothie bowls, bagels, and smoothies were amazing. So glad I found this place instead of going to any of the tourist traps around the corner.
The ingredients are also super fresh. I added ginger to my smoothie and they added actual ginger root instead of just some powder. They also put so much fruit and acai in anything that has those options, and aren’t stingy.

Delicious find in St. Augustine. We were looking for a place to have breakfast, we walked around town and came across this place. The reviews speak for themselves. Everything is freshly made. We had the açaí antioxidant bowl and the Green glow bowl. We also had the mushroom coffee and the immune boost. All was so delicious. We also purchased mushroom jerky and we were stunned at the flavor. All delightful. The girls attending us were very nice. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I have come here the past two mornings, and it’s been such a great find! It’s not easy to find quick gluten-free breakfast options, but this spot really delivers. What else is there to say??? Early morning The Works bagel is absolutely delicious, the Cold Brew and Cacao smoothie was so fresh, with the perfect mix of sweet and bitter. My wife absolutely loved the cashew cream cheese (made in house by the way!).

Such a great little healthy shop with some great goodies to nourish the body and soul! We stopped in for a fresh pressed juice and a snack for our kids while checking out the sites in Saint Augustine.
This is the cutest little shop with healthy refreshments. My husband and I opted for a green juice; I got the sweet greens and he got the glowing green (which was incredible). Their salads looked insanely good and I regretted not getting one. Sprout Kitchen also delivers locally which if I lived in the area I might have to take them up on that!
Worthy stop, the women inside were so friendly and welcoming and I’m glad we stopped in. Will absolutely go again next time we visit.
