It was an amazing experience! The service was exceptional and the food tasted amazing… We were a total of 5 people and all had different plates… And honestly, all 5 of us did not regret what we had ordered, simply amazing! If you pass by Saratoga, you must pass by the Springs and get a full 3 course meal!

We have an annual extended family trip to Saratoga Springs race track or so go to dinner. When we tried to book this year, we were met with much resisitense from many restaurants until we stumbled upon Winston, the assistant manager of this restaurant. He was enthusiastic to our request to accommodate a large group. He immediately sent an email with the menu and we called back to confirm. Then the manager James contacted us to see if there were any special needs or if we had any requests. When I explained the situation, he suggested having some appetizers on the table upon our arrival. It worked out perfectly and the staff was extremely attentive throught out the entire dinner. The hostess brought paper and crayons to the 4 year olds, the waitress was prompt with drink orders, the appetizers were delicious and hit the spot.
We ordered off the menu and everything from salad to dessert was perfect. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely book with them next year. Although we did not stay at the hotel this year, many in the group are considering booking there next season. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
