First time going to this restaurant, to start with… place was empty, only 4 customers in the restaurant. My wife and l figure that the waiting time to be served shouldn’t be long. On the contrary we waited over an hour, nobody came to the table to check up on us. I finally got overwhelmed waiting to be served, called the waitress and told her that we take the food to go. I got home with the food that l order, and let me tell you it was awful. I do not recommend this place, stay away from it. As you can see in the photos, the restaurant was empty.

Came through on a motorcycle ride and was just looking for somewhere decent to eat. We found it. But it’s not “decent,” it’s “AMAZING!!!!!” Wow! The young guy behind the bar makes a really really good old fashioned (not all bartenders do) so I had two. The pork belly Brussels were excellent. The sloppy hamburguesa is to die for and the chef survival was amazing. We are now planning things to do near here so we can come back and eat again.

Also the atmosphere is great. The bar is beautiful!

We went to The Spot for the first time tonight and the food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers, bread and salad all came out quickly, and while our dinner plates took a little time, it is because everything is made homemade and prepared to order. It was all authentic and delicious!
The waiters were prompt and kept our drinks filled and were very accommodating. They even stayed open late on Sunday as they close at 5:00, but when I called to make reservations, they said they would stay open late for us, so we could come after a play we saw at The Rylander!
It was a first, but it won’t be our last!

The bartender-waiter was amazing, nice and thanked us for coming in! The brussel pork belly was off the chart so good! Take a look at the pictures below and if you are in Americus GA you MUST check this place out!!

The space is very nice. My wife and I were down for the weekend and thought to try a local place. We love tapas so we came here. We were greeted and sat very quickly but there was only one table the on a Friday evening. We ordered three tapas plates at $12 each and then waited an hour for them. The quality of the food is horrible, the fried food was soggy. Just overall a poor restaurant. The only high spot was the drinks and servers. They woukd be much more better served to just be a bar with easily made snacks. Oh and the bill was $125 for two

Before this restaurant opened, I knew it was gonna be the best restaurant in all of Georgia. I told my son Bronny, “Hey LeSon, you ever had platanos?”. I flew all the way from LA, just to try this, now I come out here atleast a couple times every 2 months. My favorite meal? I don’t know, they’re all good meals. The family who owns this place treats LeFamily with the best service. The owner is so nice, her son runs the kitchen from time to time, and that young man can cook! The grandson of the owner is the busser and he’s such a great kid. I’m calling it now, first round draft pick. LeThanks again for the best service.

The service here was great. Connor was my bartender and made me feel right at home. Spanish meatballs were amazing, very hot and fresh. The steak with the chimichurri was to die for. I only wish I’d asked for my fries to be crispy. The drinks….OMG be prepared to stay awhile and try some things. I hope this place lasts, and grows in popularity.

Go, go, go here even if it’s out of your way. My husband had Catfish and Grits ( lmade with Gruyere). I had Bacalao (cod) deep-fried in crunchy, tasty breading with a killer starter sauce to die for. My fries needed no catsup due to a delicate herb seasoning. The topper was the Aperol-prosecco cocktail expertly made by the owner herself, Yorka. The chef came out and spoke with us as did David, former mayor of the area. Southern care and deliciousness! Nothing less for Yorka, the artistic designer and owner of this delightful artsy place. If. You get even within an hour of Americus, Georgia, it’s worth your time.

You have to be kidding me!! I’m so pissed at what just happened! First time at this restaurant if that’s what you wanna call it. Waited about 20 minutes or so for our appetizer and when we got it we cold. Told the owner that I just wanted to pay for our salamander drinks and was met by a lady who argued with me and said the food hot and then got a fork and walked the food around to different table and argued with me then the owner came over and got in my face like he wanted to fight. Do not go here worst experience EVER!!!!!

Response…..That’s your problem you stated the food was up to your standards it was not up to mine I’m the customer!! You really need to learn some basic customer service and take classes on how to properly run a restaurant.
