Stopped here on a whim to pick up coffee on our way up to Little River Canyon. We were greeted and pointed in the direction of the regular menu and seasonal drinks. The coffee was delish and breakfast was made fresh to order. My husband and I both ordered off the seasonal drink menu. I had the Butter Vanilla sweet Cream Cold Brew and he had the Peanut Butter Cup. I loved that they were not too sweet. We enjoyed our drinks with breakfast. I had the loaded avocado toast and he had a ham and cheese croissant. 10/10 would recommend. The food, atmosphere, and service was excellent.

Went for lunch, plenty of seating. Beautiful architecture along the ceiling and cool industrial light sculpture. Cozy seating areas too. Would recommend the “signature spot” sandwich, very good! Friendly service and food came out fast. Would recommend and will come back!

Great breakfast spot! The everything bagels are loaded and you don’t feel skimped and the lattes are delicious. The expresso shots are pulled just right as a plain latte tastes perfect and the syrups are house made so whatever flavor you pick isn’t to sweet. Service was excellent as well!

The Spot Coffee Shop is one of those hidden gems that instantly becomes a favorite once you try it. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always makes you feel right at home. While their coffee is great, the real standout for me is their chicken salad sandwich.
It’s honestly amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The chicken is tender, the seasoning is just right, and the mix of textures makes every bite delicious. It’s the kind of sandwich you think about later and want to go back for. Pair it with a coffee or one of their baked treats, and you’ve got the perfect lunch.
If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great service and unforgettable food, The Spot Coffee Shop is definitely worth a visit.

Visiting Fort Payne and happened upon “The Spot” when out for lunch with family. It has more of an open atmosphere inside, and it seems like a renovated old downtown hardware store or dance studio. There’s plenty of space for visitors of any kind here, and a multitude of options on the menu for appetites of all sizes. Tested out the turkey pesto sandwich and their tomato basil soup, which comes with a quartered pickle spear as well as a handful of kettle chips. Great pesto, melted provolone, succulent roasted turkey slices, and fresh red peppers on the most incredible bread for a panini. If I lived here I’m sure I would hang out at this coffee shop that doubles as a brunch spot all the time. Employees are sweet as can be, not to mention friendly.

This place is a total vibe! Found it after a Google search and glad I did. Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a delicious signature sandwich (subbed toasted sourdough for the ciabatta). Also grabbed a campfire latte which was well balanced and tasted like wilderness and s’more’s. Definitely recommend this “Spot.”

Great spot in a old Warehouse Building from the 1920. Plenty of room to sit, drink and eat. It was quiet when we arrived in the morning for delicious coffees – we liked the spot right away, and the staff was very friendly too. We will be back!
